Do not believe that just because they tell you that your prenatal ultrasound is “normal” that it truly is. My baby was born with one kidney and needed 2 surgeries and all of it was completely missed by everyone who ever did any ultrasounds. When she was airflighted to Dallas I was basically judged by those doctors for not knowing that my baby had one kidney or had other issues. They assumed that I did not attend any prenatal appointments. Humiliating! Not to mention the attitude that she gave me because she had to get out of bed and deliver my baby at 5am because she “hates 3am births.” And your 6 week post partum checkup literally involves getting a cheap onesie and her asking if you want birth control before you’re dismissed within 2 minutes. Terrible maternal care, go somewhere else!!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Hensley. She did all of my prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. She was very accommodating, always listened to my concerns and had genuine conversations with me. On a few occasions I did see PA. Lanig, who was also awesome, and who wrote me a few prescriptions throughout my pregnancy. I was not a patient of Dr. Whittington, but he placed my epidural, which took less then 5 minutes and was 10/10 for pain management. The nurses, and receptionist who work at the office are always friendly and you can tell they genuinely enjoy being there. I delivered my son at Alliance Health Durant, and enjoyed every moment of L&D. My delivery nurses, postpartum nurse and the nursery nurses where amazing! They were so caring and more then willing to go the extra mile. Dr. Hensley most definitely be my OBGYN for all my pregnancy’s to come.

Daughter had baby and she wasn't hear and then wouldn't come to hospital to check her out we spent the day sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to discharged.

Dr Hensley delivered two of my three grandchildren! From the first appointment to the day of delivery she was absolutely wonderful! She made my daughters feel so comfortable, she also included everyone else in the room! She has the best bedside manner & even though we had wonderful deliveries with no issues I trusted in her completely to handle business if need be! The nurses at the clinic were also top notch, so sweet & they really added to making the experience beautiful for both of my daughters! ❤️

Rude af from the moment she answered the phone. Like for what though? I’ll find another doctor if your so off put by me calling for an appointment.

I love Dr. Hensely she delivered my baby boy and now we are on twins which is exciting she answers all my questions without making me feel stupid ❤️

She was absolutely amazing with my daughter and grand baby. My daughter was having complications with her delivery and no not cause of anything Dr. Hensley did. Had she not acted as fast as she did we would have lost my granddaughter and possibly my daughter. Thru my daughters whole pregnancy she explained everything that she was doing and going to do. Now me and my other daughter go to her and again she is absolutely amazing with all three of us. Thank u Dr. Hensley for being the caring Dr. That you are.

I came in for my first time to get a pap smear to further examine my Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome because I legally needed to in order to stay on my medication. At the suggestion of medical experts not affiliated with Dr. Hensley, I requested help toward receiving a hysterectomy to treat my PCOS. She firmly stopped me there, claiming that some god intended I be this way, that it would be morally wrong to mess with my ovaries. Further, Dr. Hensley commented that she would not consider it regardless since I have not had at least two children, even though the process of having children would likely kill me, if by some miracle my eggs came to term. I must admit, however, that when I came in, I was accidentally short a good sum of money for a first time appointment, but the clerks generously let it slide!

Amazing doctor! She handled both of my pregnancies everything went smoothly and as planned. Being so young when I had my children she talked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable and safe. I have since then moved out of state and when we are ready to have another will definitely be coming back to OK just so she can deliver.
