Dr. Morgan is fine. It is his office staff. They will not answer or return phone calls. We have been trying for over a year to get them to process a claim to our insurance to no avail. We have left multiple messages and the insurance company has left multiple messages and they will not return the calls. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I did not feel my visit was professionally done. After I got into the clinic and into the room to be prepped, I asked a couple of different nurses that came in “which side “neither of them would answer my question and just said the doctor will be in. ALL of my previous RFA ‘s, done by a different doctor, I walked out with absolutely no pain and no dizziness and feeling very stable. However, after Dr. Morgan did the RFA, I was very dizzy and felt unstable and in five times more pain that I had when I entered and this lasted a couple of weeks. Furthermore, he has no office and they only return calls on Wednesday and Friday, so if you call and leave a message needing help – – pray !!!

Dr. Morgan has performed epidural steroid injections on me 6 times in the last 5 years. The last one lasted 3 months shy of 2 years! I'm 66 years old and have the highest of praise for Dr. Morgan. Not only is he gifted , but has all of the qualities a patient would hope for in a Dr. (a rare quality in this day and age); e.g., he listens to you, talks you through the procedure he is about to perform, qualms any concerns you have and is very pleasant, down to earth and patient oriented ... he cares and takes pride in and enjoys his work ! Dr.Morgan has done several of my injections and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do them. He takes his time with you and really cares about his patients.

Dr Morgan is very good at his job... I see him for pain management. I couldn't walk when I went to him. My pain was so bad I was in tears and couldt sleep. Last night I slept great. Woke up pain free.

I've had procedures done three times by Dr. Morgan in the last three years. Each time I was in pain so much I could not stand for more than 10 minutes. Walking was excruciatingly painful. I walked away each time as if nothing had ever been wrong. Thank you so very much, Dr. Morgan, for your expertise !!!
