Only waited 5 minutes. He listened to me & looked at the medicines I had brought with me that other doctors had ordered for the fluid in my ears. He explained 2 of the medicines do not help fluid in ears &1 could. He was attentive, explained everything & took his time. Awesome doctor.

Dr. Arnot did a great job of walking me through the results of recent testing and putting together a plan for treatment. I felt heard and involved in my care and felt like he honored making good medical decisions balanced with my opinions/choices.

After 59 years, I finally have the most knowledgeable, Kind, caring and very skilled in his field with the tests he runs on his patients. Very impressive. He informed me of the symptoms I have which our like Syogrens Autoimmune Disease and described ways to improve on the dryness. I was constantly losing my voice and having laryngitis and he ran the needed test tests to determine, I needed a scope ran down my throat to see what's going on. I immediately got a referral to an amazing surgeon, and had a 5" haitel hernia repaired. Dr Arnott did discover a large boney spur which probably needed to be repaired, but it was going to be my call. Dr Arnot very up to date on the new medications and knew there was a free one year trial period and set me up. Very thankful for his kindness. Dr Arnot always walks to out to his medical clerk and makes sure I don't have any further questions. He's awesome. His group of amazing ladies are upbeat, professional and will move mountains to get iyou into Dr Arnott, because they care and don't want any patients to suffer. Absolutely no wait time either. Always a pleasure to hear the ladies kind words and support. This is the best ENT Specialist, I have had over 59 years. I am never changing, happy with them.

Friendly and professional I felt very comfortable

This was my first time seeing Dr. Arnot it was a good visit he was very thour he explained very well what was going on with my jaw i had seen other doctors they weren't to concerned come to find out what i have could turn into cancer and needed to be removed so I'm very thankful my main physician referred me to see Dr Arnot.

Pretty much a simple yearly check. Wait time was a little long but i was seen at the durant, okla office which was still being organized. Knowledgable Addressed problems. Very polite.

After seeing many Dr’s for my sinus issues I met with Dr. Arnot and I’m so glad I did. He proformed my surgery and I recovered just like he said I would. He explained everything to a T. 3 weeks post op and I’m feeling so much better. I would recommend him and his office staff to anyone.

The nurse and Dr. Arnot were very kind and gentle with my niece and got us seen quickly.

Dr. Arnot did surgery a week ago and I must say he is a wonderful doctor. He is very informative which made me feel a ease. He told me exactly what to expect after surgery which helped tremendously. His nurse is so sweet to. When I did call with a question they called back quickly. A+++

Dr. Arnot examined me today (Feb 21) because I have a sinus and ear pain problem that I thought might be related to a sinus operation (in another state) for a fungus condition I had several years ago. After examining my nasal area with a scope, he suggested that an office CT scan would determine if the fungus was "back" again and if there were any abnormalities that would impact the sinus and ear. The CT scan determined that there were no problems that were re-occurring, An efficient exam!
