Scheduling was easy online. The lady at the desk was very kind. They got me back within 15 minutes. Saw an excellent physicians assistant Jennifer Hubbard, who diagnose me right away and prescribed some medication. I left there and within 24 hours. I’m feeling so much better unbelievable. I appreciate the expertise of the staff. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this access clinic to all my friends and family I’ve used them several times and they never disappoint.

Over all it was a typical walk-in experience. However, I became concerned with the qualifications of the PA when he asked me if I still had my tonsils WHILE already looking in my throat. I looked at them myself before I left my house, and they were extremely swollen, red, and bumpy. He did ultimately prescribe me the antibiotics I came in for, otherwise I would be wanting my money back.

My first appointment was not good. I went in saying I had an infection on my elbow, but the provider disagreed and diagnosed it as bursitis and gave me an anti-inflammatory (Naproxen) to take. It got worse over the next two days, spreading up and down my arm. Today I was given antibiotics after showing what happened over the last two days. The provider that was there on 12/06/2024 did not do well, but I feel the provider there on 12/08/2024 got it right.
