i don’t even know what to say. how do you completely misdiagnose someone and give them a serious diagnosis and scare them and not hear them out when it’s quite obviously not. felt completely unheard and not taken care of.

I’ve been here multiple times as it’s close to my apartment and I’ve always had a good experience. I’ve never had to wait very long. The staff have always been very polite and helpful. I wanted to specifically mention the medical assistant who helped me at my last visit. I think her name was Mina or something like that. I went in for the third or fourth time in just a few weeks because I was dealing with an antibiotic resistant infection and it was really starting to worry me and take a toll on me emotionally. Mina had such a kind and caring spirit about her, which made her easy to share my concerns with. Her friendliness put me at ease when I was feeling really unwell so I just wanted to share my appreciation. Also, Dr.Brown always takes good care of me and is easy to talk to as well.

Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to never even be seen. I had to leave for other appointments. The provider cannot see more than 1 patient every 30-45 minutes apparently. Do not recommend if you want to make your appointment time!

RUN, RUN, RUN. For your sake or your loveone. I took my 7 years old son there with vomiting symptom and RN diagnos Apendix and ask me to take him for surgery. I was smart enough not to fall for that and took him to edmond urgent care. They said this is stomach virus and gave him a shot, 2 hours later he was totally fine. Need to add that even she diagnos Apendix still took a Covid test to charge me $246 good luck on that. DON'T GO THERE

The PA was very kind and helpful. 5 stars to her. The staff at the front desk seemed annoyed that people kept coming in. They kept complaining of being understaffed which was very unprofessional. When I called back to get a note for my son’s school they had the same attitude and were not helpful.
