When I make an appointment I except to go in at the set time. NOT 20 MINUTES AFTER. I have things to do.

I was ill and was having to use a walker as it was. I was by myself with no help. I got out of my car to go to the door and as I headed to the door the staff member came to the door and locked it when I was about 10 feet from the door. It was apparently closing time and she wasn’t messing with me. It was by far one of the rudest things I’ve ever seen. She could’ve stepped out the door and recommended another place to me, but chose to be unkind. I wouldn’t even give this place one star.

Nice facility. Very professional and kind staff. Took me straight back to a room and I was out the door in less than 30 minuets. No sitting in the waiting room for hours.

Convenient location in South Edmond, beautiful new facility, friendly and very professional staff with extensive experience. I received excellent treatment from Ashley for a large cut on my hand and a tetanus shot and antibiotics to prevent infection. This is definitely our choice now for any future urgent care.

Easy online appointment made, staff was wonderful. Knowledgeable and great medical care. Had some vertigo going on and they were able to diagnose and treat quickly. My job requires standing and talking so I was worried. But they took care of my symptoms and I feel better in just one day. Thank you Staff.
