Not happy with experience. Still very sick. Nobody answers phone at his office and next to impossible to schedule follow up. He did a stomach scope and told me to take some pills then that was the end. Didn t fix my problem at all. Horrible follow up since it is so difficult to schedule appointment. I also don t like the fact that he is a partner in hospital he sent me to and where I was overcharged despite assurances about cost of procedure.

Great experience. Dr. Roberts ordered tests to see where I am at and where do we go from here. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with office visit.

Terrible experience, lost a year of my life due to Dr. Roberts inability to properly diagnose me for a treatable condition. All he ever did was keep upping my PPI medication which only made my condition worse. Also, he did not seem personally invested in my recovery. At a certain point he asked if I thought my appointments were being scheduled too frequently despite not showing any signs of improvement and barely being able to eat. After a year of frustration I finally sought out a second opinion and I was diagnosed and treated for SIBO and I am finally able to eat again. If you are a patient of his and are not showing signs of improvement do yourself a favor and get a second opinion.

Had a colonoscopy 7-2022 The staff is very kind...made my visit comfortable. Dr Robert's has a great bedside Manor and has been my gastrologist for several years. Anytime I call the office I ALWAYS get a call back that same day with an answer to my question. Thank you Dr Robert's Nurse Alison and staff

When Dr. Roberts ran his own practice, he was the best doctor. I believed that the man actually cared about me. But since he has started practicing at Mercy, I have been given the impression that my health and well-being is no longer of any concern to him. So rather than allow myself to be treated poorly, I am ending my relationship with this doctor. I'll just let my insides rot from now on. ...

My husband had his colonoscopy done at ou medical center edmond. We really liked him. The staff at ou medical edmond was really excellent. I think we will plan to come here more often for checkups.

Terrible time trying to get ahold of anyone over the phone. When I leave messages, they never return them. Phone calls always go to voicemail. Edit: It's ironic that you've responded to the negative reveiw faster than my sick son got a call back from your office.
