Douglas Preston Beall's Online Review Report Card

I was referred to Dr. Beall twice. Both times I was dropped from receiving care after a conversation with front desk, who was giving me the wrong information and arguing with me. When a support person who was not in the exam room with doctor and myself, gives me instructions that are not what doctor told me, am I supposed to obey? Or question it? Right. That poorly trained individual must run the show. The doctor surely does not. Once again, a doctor loses a patient because staff is harder to replace. Apparently.

Dr. Beall and his entire staff were phenomenal with my husband. I was impressed with their thoroughness and their "lay" person explanation.

Once again Dr. Beall has gone above and beyond in relieving my fractured vertebra pain. He and his staff are consistantly professional and right to the point. I have used him for 9 years and would not trust anyone else with my back.

The first time I seen Dr Beall he had me stop in to have my back EX-Rayed. The first thing he told me was how long has your back been this way? I had no idea what he was talking about. Well I had two fractures in my spine and I was back the next day and he fixed it. I can’t remember the medical name but it’s call cementing the Disks together. Amen to that! I was there to talk about getting a pain pump and having a stimulater removed.(it came apart in my back. That happened before I was referred to Doctor Beall. I would trust him for everything no question about it. Oh bye the way his stall is Super nice and educated. They haven’t had any turnovers since I’ve been seeing him.That should tell you something when they are happy the patients are happy..I would recommend the Doctor to my closest family and friends.

The staff is amazing, caring and efficient. They care about having all the information they need so I didn’t get a bill with insurance. Dr Beall is brilliant ! And he truly cares about his patients. I recommend !!

I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Beall for 13 days--done everything they wanted me to do, but not good enough. Kawehi, in my opinion after only having one conversation with her on 7-13-2022 told me to find a different doctor. I had been talking to Charlet Young who on 7-13-2022 I was told was new! No empathy no concern for my frustration or pain--My husband told me there is a reason for everything--like perhaps this doctor is not worth going to. On 7-13-2022 Kawehi wanted MORE records sent to their office (a referral was not good enough) and got rude when I tried to explain things to her. Kawehi just hung up the phone on me and after I was hung up on, I just cried. I guess this is what the world has turned into~~I really needed help and got rudeness in return.

Nobody seems to answer the phone

The staff is rude and dismissive, does not answer questions or turn in paperwork in a timely manner, and is negligent but does not admit mistakes. They run a clinic for people in pain, its their business, yet they put patients off for weeks at a time while the patient is in excruciating pain, without even a phone call or a compassionate word. The young staff treats the elderly very rudely. This office is NOT recommended. I have to say that this doctor is brilliant! Not Only is he caring, he always goes above and beyond for all his patients. Staff is great and very helpful! The care he gave my mother in law was exceptional. The fact that their patient clientele is pain, they are very understanding and compassionate. Absolutely recommend!!
