I have been wanting a breast augmentation since I was a teenager.... I just never developed fully... I finally decided it was time. I went with Panchal and I have absolutely no regrets... I knew I did not want to go too big but wanted cleavage and to feel more womanly. He worked magic and I am so happy! I am 1 month out and would do it all over again!

Dr Panchel is a hack of a surgeon at best. He performs the worst possible work on my wife possible he made an excuses and purposed a solution. Went to a siren that knows what he is doing and he said the fixes Dr panchel purposed would never fix it the way it needs to be. And the other Dr did what Panchel should have done the first time. He uses weight loss surgery as his crutch cause he is a terrible surgeon don’t waste your time or money there are far superior surgeons available

Horrible- forgive me for the long review, but I feel like all the details are important. I've been on the hunt for a breast reduction for awhile now, and after a lot of phone calls, rounded it down to two surgeons. I scheduled a consult with each. The important stuff: Dr. Panchal examined and handled my breasts without gloves, just bare hands. While examining them, he lifted them up BY THE NIPPLE. I don't have to tell you that this was painful. The whole time I was there, he expressed a sort of annoyance with my breasts. (The gloves and nipples are Facts, the annoyance is my personal opinion based on my interaction.) This was my first consult of the two, so I was shocked at the way it was turning out, and didn't do/say much of anything at all, just kind of held still. I don't have a baseline, I'm wondering in my head if this is normal. Before the physical examination, he was very focused on the fact that I wouldn't be able to breastfeed if I get a reduction. I told him I'm aware of this, but that I'm fine with the risk and have no plans for kids at this time. He put a lot of importance on my ability to breastfeed a child. He also quizzed me about my weight, which is par for the course, but didn't seem to believe my answers in regards to my habits and diet. For context, I'm 5 ft 7, 181 pounds, and I lost around 60 pounds, in preparation for getting a reduction. Next, in front of the exam room's mirror with me, he again was just not happy with my breasts, describing them as an undesirable shape, and told me that I'm NOT a good candidate for a breast reduction, and that I could expect "undesirable results". He continued to basically manhandle them. He flat out urged me not to get a reduction. He told me that, if I got a breast reduction, I'd have to go very small, maybe to a B cup, if that. My natural size being a 34J, I was hoping to go smaller and less painful, but not completely flat. He said I'd be basically flat. He told me that what I'd have to do, if I still want to pursue surgery, would be to get a breast reduction, go very flat, heal completely, and then get a separate surgery for breast implants. He wasn't volunteering to be the one to do this though, he wanted nothing to do with it. He told me offhand to call the OU Plastic Surgery Center(?) and ask *them* about a breast reduction with implants, as an all-in-one surgery. He had another staff member write down a phone number on a scrap of paper with the words "reduction with implants" and "fullness" scribbled on it, and the consult was over. So, the summary: He examined me with his bare hands, he used my nipples as anchors by which to lift my breasts, he expressed distaste for my breasts, he told me I was a bad candidate for the surgery, he told me I'd need implants. I had a consult with a different surgeon a few days later, which was very very different. The dr was friendly and professional to me, talked to me about the chronic back and neck pain I've been living with, and told me I was a great candidate for a reduction. I asked him about the fullness thing, if I'd need transferred fat or maybe implants, and he was very confused by this. He told me, no, there is plenty of tissue to work with, there's no reason I'd need implants to get a good result. I got my breast reduction about a week ago, from the Not-Panchal Dr., and am much smaller, about a D, maybe DD. They look fantastic. I have "fullness", all of which is my own tissue. During my physical examination, nobody ever grabbed my nipples, or described my breasts as undesirable. I would not recommend Dr. Panchal for a breast reduction, if you have large breasts. I wouldn't wish my consult on anyone else. In hindsight, the before/after photos in his patient gallery all seemed to feature breasts that were already pretty small and high up to start with, and my guess is that's all he's comfortable operating on. Just my own personal opinion.

Dr Panchal is the absolute BEST! He has wonderful bedside manner and actually listens to me and eases any concerns I’ve had. I had a tummy tuck with lipo in July and my results are beyond what I imagined! Keeping Dr P on my speed dial for future procedures! Can’t wait to see what else he can do to keep me gorgeous on my journey in life. Thank you to Dr Panchal, and his amazing staff, for everything ❤️

I had my surgery today. Went from an A to a D. Dr. Panchal is phenominal!! The pain is 100% under control and he made me feel so comfortable.... the nurses were so sweet and helpful!! I cannot say enough good things.

While this office has the potential to have positive outcomes, Tracy as a representative completely destroyed that. My wife had a few questions regarding consultation payment and her horribly rude and aggressive demeanor made this office's practices very untrustworthy.

Dr Panchal is an artist. He knows what to do to achieve your desired results and most definitely has the skills needed. He is very kind, compassionate and reassuring. His entire staff have been nothing but wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone considering a naturale facelift.

Over 15 years and 4 family members later Dr. Panchal and his staff have continued to give 100% to their profession. I traveled over 100 miles just to see him. I am three months out from my Naturale Facelift and Eyelid surgery and couldn't be happier. The best compliment I have received since my surgery is "I can't even tell that you had any work done other than you look 15 years younger." This is a testament to Dr. Panchal's dedication to his practice, his stellar reputation, and most importantly, his patients. He has received many accolades in his career but most importantly its his kindness, concern and respect for his patient's desired outcome that makes him the best. He will always come highly recommended by me.
