He is so caring and nice .. listens patiently to his patients!! His nurse Vera is also very amazing, she’s caring and thorough ! Highly recommend this office ... we had a horrible experience with our previous physicians office (Dr. Royder at Meridian Clinic) and was very hesitant about finding a new doctor. But... Dr. Hoover has gone above and beyond to help us!!

I have known Dr. Hoover since he was a resident at a local hospital several years ago. He was always calm, treated the staff nurses with respect, and made good medical decisions. Dr. Hoover has not changed over the years. He will spend the time needed and doesn't rush through an appointment. His nurse Shannon is amazing!

My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Hoover's since he came to practice in Edmond. We are always able to get in to see him, there's seldom any wait time in his office and he takes the time to listen carefully. His referrals to specialist docs have been stellar. We count on him to manage our overall health and are completely satisfied with his high level of care.
