Day before Christmas eve I decided to do a virtual visit for my migraines. That way I could make it through the holidays. The doc said they couldn't do preventative through urgent care. But they prescribed me something for my naseau & for when I get the migraine. I get to the pharmacy for them to say the nausea meds insurance won't cover. (The doc knew I'm on Medicaid.) Then tell me my naproxen is covered. I said wait what... They sent me naproxen for migraines!?!? Even pharmacist said I don't know why they would've prescribed naproxen for migraines!?! So useless, waste of time & ECT!

I’ve always had good luck with this urgent care. However, the last two times I’ve gone has not been a good experience. The first of those times I had a screaming in pain eight year-old daughter with an ear infection. We got there well before time that they close. And they turned us away. Zero empathy in their tone and demeanor while telling us we had to go somewhere else. Tonight I came with my wife, again, well before they were going to be closing. After she stood at the front desk for several minutes with no help, someone finally came out and said the Dr. had a meeting and won’t be taking any more patients. There was one car in the parking lot. I can understand if the place was full, but it absolutely wasn’t.

I was able to get the help I needed and she seemed very knowledgeable. Very pleasant to talk to. She listened and instructed me on how to treat my virus symptoms. I would definitely use this service again.

Very friendly! I came in for a walk-in tb test and it was very fast and easy. It’s also $35 here while CVS charges $70 for the test. Anyone that needs a test for school or what not I would definitely recommend. I’ll be back next year

I had COVID and they did not prescribe anything to help me with pain or fever, nothing. Even though I told them I was in so much pain, they didn’t even ask me if I needed anything like ibuprofen or something. Even though I had told them that I have an autoimmune disease, they did not care. Also, they made me wait for ages to see the doctor and even after I was told I had Covid. Please do not go to them, they don’t care about your health or pain.
