This was hands down the best urgent care experience I’ve had. I was especially nervous to try a new place because the person sick was my young child. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, the office was super clean, and I made an appointment online and we didn’t have to wait at all. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for all your urgent care needs.

This is the urgent care to go to if you are in Edmond or the surrounding area. Very very nice staff and brilliant nurses and doctors. Fast service too!

The nurse is SUPER nice. She told me her name, but I’ve forgotten it. They need to make a clone of her. Comforting others is obviously her forte’.The receptionist is sweet and caring.The FNP-C, Kasey Green, is bright personable, caring, and intelligent. What a gem! I felt safe, and I appreciate her care.Too, the building is sparkling clean. Since I booked my appointment online, I got right in with just about a one-minute wait. If this place can be this efficient, why can’t other places?

Very friendly staff from check in to medical folks. Genuinely helpful and patient concerned. I had done all my paperwork online beforehand and was only in waiting room 5 minutes before called to a room. Medical staff were prompt after that. Quite impressed!

I visited HealthCare Express in June for routine lab work, which I pursue a few times a year as part of my preventative healthcare. The Labcorp bill I received for these services was outrageously higher than any other time I've had this lab work conducted.I've called Healthcare Express multiple times to resolve this issue, and I've also spoken twice with my health insurance representative, who has also called them on my behalf. When I called previously, I was told they would resubmit my case for a coding review and would get back to me. This first call occurred in July, and they never followed up, despite promising to do so. When I called again, they told me the same lie, again without getting back to me. My insurance representative made clear that there is a coding error and that they are willing to pay the claim if Healthcare Express will code the lab work correctly. The insurance representative tried again to call on my behalf, and they won't return her call either. Finally, the billing phone number listed on their paper bill is defunct and sends callers on a wild goose chase of additional phone numbers, none of which is answered by a human, and voice mails go unreturned. As a final effort, I've asked my insurance company to open a fraud investigation after weeks of frustration.
