I was treated very professionally and everyone was very helpful. The place was extremely busy but the patients were all being seen quickly. I was a walk in and it took maybe 30 minutes from arriving until I left.

We’ve always had good care here, however.. Please be aware that you are NOT required to give these people a credit card or debit card to put on file!!! They are very pushy about this and they finally got my husband to give Them our HSA card after I repeatedly said that we would not be doing so. So now I have to cancel our HSA card. we don’t go to urgent care unless our Deductible is met anyway! Never owed anything never have. Why would they need my card numbers? CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS UNDER “PRICE”. Looks like I will be looking for a new urgent care sadly. Also, we’ve had good care but lately in the past year or so I noticed that we’ve been kept waiting when there was actually nobody in the place and I often wonder if they just have a doctor that they call when somebody comes in? If it was just five or 10 minutes, I could understand but it’s usually like a half an hour and to the point that I’m like maybe I should just go somewhere else?

Where should I start, oh I know, I went there for an appointment at 3:15 , they sat me in a room with my injury exposed for over 45 min . No one checks on you or update you that they are behind. Truly awful experience. Update: I walked in to the Mercy UC 2 minutes away and I was seen in 10 min by the NP and the MD. PS that UC didn't even have an MD to see me. So perhaps it was blessing in disguise to go somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly. I walked in without an appointment and the wait wasn’t very long. The NP was very kind and helpful. This is my “go to” place when I’m sick and can’t get an appointment with my primary care physician.

Check-in system online is convenient. Staff at front desk are helpful and polite; NP? I saw today needed help (said my pink eye was probably allergies but wrote a rx for “flox” abx anyways) & didn’t even check my ears, nose, eyes - staying distanced from me even though I wasn’t coughing so why act like I was contagious if it was just ‘getting older, allergies happen”? Need to find a different clinic for random stuff like this.
