Had my second visit with Dr. Jackson, and was just as impressed, as with the initial visit. The waiting time was very acceptable. The office was immaculate, staff were efficient. The Doctor and I visited my previous health problems, and test results from my former Physician, and hospital visits. She used that information, for knowledge, and never spoke against any Physician's summaries to me. I felt ...

This is the WORST Doctor in Oklahoma! I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. She does not address the reason that you are there, attempting to get refills are a joke and her referral process is horrendous. She never gets your test results to you in a timely manner and the wait time is Ridiculous. If you schedule an appointment she may change it several times due to her various vacations ect. She has no respect for her patients time or welfare. You never see the same personnel twice, its really time for her to throw the towel in and become a veterinary. The best advice that I can give to existing patients is RUN, and to any New patients find another Doctor! The life that you save may be your own!

This office has extremely poor communication, takes several days to call in prescriptions, and insists on unnecessary appointments and procedures. I’m on Sooner Care and am reporting them for fraud because of the latter reason.
