Dr Klabzuba is the best! She’s very caring and thorough. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. She is very accessible and always has time to answer any questions. Her PA is also the best! If Dr K is not available, it is usually easy to get in to see Kerri Patton, her PA. I love both of them so much that I’m happy to see either one. I have always had positive experiences when scheduling or talking to the administrative staff. I’m so glad I found Dr Klabzuba.

Poor customer service and scheduling. Dr. Klabzuba’s site and my insurance company indicated she was taking new patients since I just moved to OKC . I was allowed to electronically schedule an appointment in a specific time/date and subsequently spending time uploading documents and filling out forms in preparation for the appointment that I had scheduled. Almost two weeks later, I received a very unkind and abrupt telephone call from the office indicating they would not be taking any new patients. Poor scheduling, planning, very unwelcoming and unprofessional/unfriendly customer service.

The doctor might be a good doctor but the staff- the front desk in particular a woman named Patti, just hateful. We called before arriving as we were running late BUT we had the courtesy to call to ask if we should reschedule and we were advised that as longest we made it in, in 15 minutes it would be okay. We arrived exactly within the 15 minute mark but there was one patient ahead of us in line so we got in line. Logically we could not skip that patient- we waited, so here comes Patti just being rude talking over us saying we were late that we got there at “10:40” NO- so then I had to raise my voice just a bit, just enough so Patti could hear the facts. Pattie claimed that there were not any notes and we didn’t catch the name of the person that we spoke with over the phone. Also Patti had the audacity to state that we didn’t make it to her desk within the allotted time, just insane how this place runs their administration. The office manager was just as bad- just standing behind the desk not approaching us after we asked to speak to her by then I decided to walk back to the car and then finally she spoke to my friend who the appointment was for. Anyways they just have very bad administration and it is not about seeing the patient is not about caring for the patient- it’s about just being combative and literally acting as they are dictators and pointing out ever second you are in the line not at their desk or should I say Patti’s. Let’s note that we called before arriving had we been told to reschedule we would have and all this would have been avoided -so from the start - from the phone to their in person customer service- it is horrible.

I have had 3 visits with Dr. K, and I am hooked. The best PCP I have had in my life, will be 50 soon. She is extremely easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease instantly. She listens and explains well in detail. She communicates through an online portal very quickly if you need to message her. Thank you, Dr. K! See you next time.

Doctor Klabzuba was amazing , she listened to me & took care of me & my medical problem. She was able to get me in to see urology specialist the next day to fix my problem. Awesome Doctor 😊

She listens and doesn't stop until she finds the solution. I've had some problems for years and other doctors just kind of blew it off. She listened and heard and we got me on some medication that we ended up having to switch a couple of times. Everything is normal now and I feel so much better. I couldnt ask for a better doctor.

Dr. K listens to you and really wants to get to the bottom of your problems. I love her!

Best Doctor in Oklahoma!

Dr. K is really thorough, caring and great at her job. After her office moved farther north, I thought about finding another pcp. However, I just dont think I would be happy with anyone else. Especially after reading reviews of other dr's who are closer to my home or work. Reading other reviews prompted me to write one up Dr. K.

Dr Klabzuba has been my primary care doctor for many years and I can not say enough good things about her. She really cares about her patients and really makes sure you are comfortable and understand what needs to be done to get healthy!
