List of Jennifer Michelle Morris's Reviews
They put me on a medication that I didn't need and then gaslit me when I had memory loss and weight gain (the worse of the side effects). Five years recovery, to remember things without writing them down. Still haven't lost the weight.
Rude office staff I was able to meet Ian, the PA, who was just there to act as gatekeeper for treatment was courteous and professional. After 6 months of waiting, I was never able to meet Dr. Morris. The office manager, Steve, is rude and unprofessional and married to Dr. Morris. He would not even come to the customer service window to discuss my insurance. Instead, he stood 20 feet away ranting about insurance companies 'burning him'. He finally told me what insurance documentation he wanted, so I called, and got it, and emailed it. The next day Steve terminated me as a patient and blamed me. Customer service in the office is non-existent. If you call their number, you will NEVER get a human, just voice mail which they ignore. They will email and confirm your appointment four times, no kidding. But then when you arrive on time, they are usually 15-30 minutes late.I do not recommend this office for any services.
Truly a horrific experience with this doctor and her staff. I can’t implore people enough to avoid this facility. They are physically rough with patients and lie about their costs.
HORRIBLE Is this place a joke?? Horrific experience.
The office staff is rude and incompetent. I talked to a PA for the intake who was decent. The insurance lady was not able to get the documentation she needed from my insurance company, so I had to call them myself and email her the documentation. I told the office manager I was not happy about them not following up or answering phone calls. The office manager was rude to me and fired me as a patient. He is also married to Dr. Morris so he has the entire office staff under his control.
Literally the worst doctor and worst office I’ve ever been to. They gave me the wrong medication! They are also physically rough with you.
Just a number There is no personalization after you leave the office. It’s only about the appointment while you’re in there.
Unprofessional staff in the front office. Avoid this practice at all cost.
Hostile front office. There are no words that I can post here on Jennifer's lack of professional conduct. Finding help here is not possible. I wish I never walked in their door.
Dr. Morris is professional, very knowledgeable and understanding. However, experiences with most of her office staff including a nurse or nurses and the after-hours answering service are not worth the challenges. If you have mental health concerns this may not be the best place for you. Unfortunately, the support staff on many occasions are rude, dismissive and downright confused about good customer service. It's been this way for a very long time. It's a shame because being able to depend on the office staff for polite and professional interactions is at best incredibly challenging and likely will not happen. If the staff argues with the patient in the best of times, you can guess about the worst of times. Frustrated with it all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
