Dr. Gilchrist is one of the best doctors I’ve ever visited. This was my first visit and I am extremely impressed. Actually writing this review in the office right after he left the room. He was busy but took the appropriate amount of time to explain my issues. Nanci and Becky are awesome up front too!

Dr Gilchrist and his entire staff were incredible, we were referred by our pediatrician and multiple friends. The amount of time he took with us to explain the ear tube process was amazing, he also fully understands the sensitivity when it is a young child and the fear any parent has going into that process. Both my husband and I could not recommend Dr. Gilchrist more to anyone needing an ENT. He is kind and very experienced, also has a lovely staff.

I saw this doctor twice, the last time I went to his office, his staff was rude, unprofessional, and unethical, they treated me as a low-class person, and they are racist, I have an accent, but I have been in this country for 40 years, I am a USA citizen, and I am educated with a bachelor's degree. Dr Gilchrist took time to fully explain what was happening in my ears creating a problem. Also Dr Howard did hearing tests on two occasions to determine my need for hearing aids. They were not pushy and let me decide if I wanted to get hearing aids now or wait. Will continue care with this office.

Dr Gilchrist and his staff are kind and so efficient! Dr Gilchrist performed surgery on me, he answered all of my questions, I never felt rushed! I highly recommend him!

Dr. Gilchrist and his staff are all highly competent, professional, and compassionate. They take time to listen to their patients and to discuss treatment options thoroughly. We are fortunate to have access to a great ENT service.

Dr.Gilchrist is great! He works with my whole family including my kids! It was so nice he could do ear tubes IN OFFICE!!! That’s amazing!! He is so personable. His office is full of the nicest ladies! They always have a smile on their faces! Shelby his nurse is always quick to respond to any question! Highly highly recommend!!!
