Jonathan Henry Capelle's Online Review Report Card

Dr Capelle, is an extremely thorough and excellent doctor he covers all the medical bases to give patients the best outcome which it's what we all need in a medical situation. I recommend him to all with bad knees, joints.

Some physicians have a waiting list that can be up to a month or so as you know and the same here with Dr. Jonathan Capelle. So I wait my month and go see the doctor. I arrived an hour early and checked in. The receptionist said it was okay to leave and come back after I told her I was going to run to the nearby store to get a cold beverage. So I make it back and went back up to the check-in, which was busy so I had to wait. It was just a little before 2:50, my appt. time. To make a long story short, a girl came and called my name, this was around 2:55 pm, she then informed me that they tried to call me two times and could not reach me. So Dr. Capelle told her to tell me he could not see me until after he had seen some other patients or I could reschedule. I said I would find another Doctor. I understand schedules and all, but 5 minutes! And they knew I had checked in already and was there! It just tells me that Dr. Capelle cares more about his bottom line than his patients. He knew I had waited a month to see him but even after checking in an hour early and actually being at the physical place and waiting, 5 minutes past the appt. time was too much; why? He is thinking about losing money and he needs to keep moving forward is all I can figure. I just don't want to be involved with a man that thinks like that and believes his bottom line is more important than his patients. I pulled out of the parking lot at 3:01 pm, 10 minutes after my scheduled appt. time! BTW, this is sort of creepy but as you go into the building you will see a big white sign that says " it is a very serious offence to assault a healthcare worker," and I am thinking that there has been some violence there. I don't ever recall seeing that warning on the front door of a hospital or any other health care facility. It is a serious offence to assault anyone and everyone knows that!

Dr. Capelle replaced both my knees. One in 11/2019 and the other in 1/2020. I can say enough great about my whole experience. Both knees have preformed better than I could expected. Will always have a special place in my heart for Dr.Capelle and his team.

I went to see Dr. Capelle with strong Rt shoulder pain and grinding sounds in the shoulder. He's a good listener. I could not get an MRI due to the pandemic, only x-rays. Based on my description and his knowledge, he felt I needed rotator cuff surgery. He said my shoulder was such a mess he nearly decided to do a replacement instead of a repair, but stuck w/the original game plan, for which I'm thankful. He listens well, my shoulder is nearly back to normal, in all my appointments I was treated with respect & focused attention. Now, my Lt shoulder needs surgery. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Capelle!

I went to Dr. Capelle about my knee. He knew just what the problem was . The injection he gave me, solved the problem. And I have not had anymore problems since. He is wonderful, and I would recommend him to anyone, who needs help.

Considering using him for knee replacement.

Fixed me up. Explained well. Very professional. Mercy PT is slow to schedule sessions though.

After going to a different provider that told me nothing was wrong Dr. Capelle took the time to find out what the problem was and fix it.
