Had my first appointment with Dr Schulze yesterday. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr Schulze was incredible. He to an enormous amount of time to listen to my aches and pains, he even took the time to let me ramble on for a bit. I’m excited about his knowledge and hopefully, finding something that can help me out. I’m a past medical professional and can’t say enough positive things about him! This man has ears, patience and incredible knowledge! Thank you Dr Schulze for all your help yesterday!
Highly recommended by others. I have seen Dr. Carson 1 time when I first went. Since then I see Dr. Johns. She has been wonderful! Very attentive, caring, and never in a hurry. They are very efficient. My wait is just minutes in the waiting room then just a few more minutes before Dr. John comes into the room. If I have to do blood work, again the wait is just minutes before a tech calls me back.
I have been patient at OAC for 1 1/2 years now. Initially referred by my wonderful PCP- to Dr Carson specifically, as 4th Rheumy specialist in past 7 yrs of being Dx with RA and Fibromyalgia. 2 weeks after referral and no word back from OAC- my PCP reaches out to OAC to be advised referral not received. 2 weeks later I contact OAC for status- “no referral received” My PCP contacts Dr Carson directly and is advised Dr Carson no longer accepts patients as he is too busy as CEO/COS position and has kept some patients he was previously treating. Hmm but admin staff could not advise PCP nor myself of this information- instead state referrals not received. Now 1 1/2 year later, on 2nd Rheumatologist since 1st appointment and have not had 1 positive encounter with front office staff NOR Drs NOR PAs. The infusion staff has always seemed helpful, respectful and professional. The rest of the office staff is rude! Appear miserable, or office gossip chatty Kathy’s and never seem to have a clue what they should be doing, what job duties are, how to read their own paperwork- OR maybe they do know- but are indifferent and don’t care to do anything!! I was seen by Gallardo for 1 yr- which is deadline I gave myself to see ANY type of improvement in medical conditions- conditions worsened- I ask to switch provider- got transferred to Dr Riggs- that has been an even bigger joke!! He will not listen to a signal thing said to him as for symptoms, questions, or requests- AND NO! I HAVE not ever ask him for any type of pain relievers such as opioids or any narcotics!! If I were to need either from the debilitating pain- I am smart enough to turn to the medical professional in my life- my PCP. Last X-rays performed- regardless of requests were 3 years ago by a different rheumatologist, with every visit- there is a general ROS and Assessment physicians note updated- giving your vitals, gait, skin, swelling, etc. miraculously somehow- the rash that has been present all over my body has never appeared on any of either of these drs reports, I have always had a “normal” gait although according to all other drs before and since- I have not had a normal gait in the last 12 yrs except at OAC. My lab work shows RF:377- however on AOC records- this reads as RA with no negative RF hmm- Houston there’s a problem!! I have ended up admitted into hospital twice now after leaving OAC and telling Dr Riggs specifically symptoms and overall problems and yet he found nothing. First of which was lab work showing severe infection PRIOR to receiving infusion on same day! Called to confirm results on FMH with Dr Riggs’ nurse- before passing out ON THE JOB with SSA Disability- and was assured lab work showed no problems!!!! Next day passed out at work- take. By ambulance to hospital- PCP looked at my FMH results and said- he should have never allowed the infusion! And instead should have treated the infection. And advised me to tell Dr Riggs my doubts in his judgment. Guess what? I did! And as everything else said to the man- in one ear and out the other. I am searching for a new Rheumatologist Provider and NOT one with OAC. I would advise anyone who has any hopes in ever actually improving with their autoimmune disorders- GO ANYWHERE BUT OAC!!! I can’t speak as to Dr Carson- I have heard nothing but good about this Dr… however, as COS/CEO- I would think he should be ashamed to have his name associated with such an establishment
From my first appointment in 2016, it has been a pleasure with professionals, kindness, and courtesy, almost 100%. Because they are so good and are a one stop shop, the waits are sometimes longer, but I try to remember that they are treating someone else how I would want to be treated. Highly recommended.
My PAC Eric is excellent
Have been coming here over 15yrs.Good knowledgeable Dr.'s here with caring personnel. EVERYTHING right here! LAB,MRI,BONE DENSITY, INFUSION CENTER,X-RAYS & Pharmacy. Very busy!
My mother has been a patient of Dr. David Schultz for a few years and he has been amazing to her. We drive 3 hours for her appts and have not had any issues until today. I’ve NEVER experienced the discrimination and disrespect as I did today. I have always translated for my mother to assure she understands fully what is communicated to her and never has she been questioned about her language barrier or treated with such disrespect!! Today she was asked in a rude manner “if she just arrived from mexico and questioned why she has not picked up the language”. I myself work in the medical field and have translated for many patients of different cultures and never once has it crossed my mind to question their ability to FULLY understand our language. But today KENT the technician from radiology took it upon himself to treat my 66 year old mother the way he did. And still have the audacity to tell me we would need to go somewhere else to have the exam done after I asked for a different technician and asked to speak to the office manager. In my eyes, her years of being in the U.S or her language has NOTHING to do with the eye exam. Although I did voice my complaints immediately to Charla. I plan to pursue further action on todays situation and hope upper management will educate KENT on how patients should be treated. This employee is a poor way of representing the facility and should be terminated. Oklahoma Arthritis Center I pray that no other patients have to go through what we went through today.
Good luck calling and getting ahold of anyone ever. I've called and left messages to make an appointment for days and no return call.
This place is amazing, Dr Garaldo is the best doctor ever and very knowledgeable about everything. Walking into her office is like walking in and talking to my friend
I just started seeing Dr.Schulze, and I was so impressed. He finally gave me a diagnosis of RA and fibromyalgia. I am finally receiving the correct meds after many years of going undiagnosed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
