Mark Hulsey's Online Review Report Card

I see Dr Hulsey for MCTD. He is the most knowledgeable practioner to treat my ever changing symptoms. I like Dr Hulsey because he listens to me and keeps me up to date about new tests and treatments that help maintain my autoimmune disease from going off balance.

Dr. Hulsey is very knowledgeable and listens to all my concerns. He has helped me during many of my painful flair ups and got me in control. He is very patient and compassionate.

In the twelve years that I have been his patient, I have realized that, although this doctor is very knowledgeable, there is a complete lack of compassion and connection, and an inability to consider the needs and feelings of the patient, and their inclusion in the treatment process. After twelve years, I consider this statement to be true and precise.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hulsey for several years and he has always been concerned with my health. I think it takes a while to get to know each other.....at first I was not happy with the way he reads the computer but that is the way he finds out what he's treating and my history. He monitors every aspect of my health and I feel completely well taken care of. He has never seemed arrogant to me. I highly recommend his care and I have. Margie Stahlheber

Dr. Hulsey always takes plenty of time to listen to my concerns. He doesn't rush through the visit. He fully discusses options with me in regards to treating my RA & Fibromyalgia. If I'm not comfortable with one option, he is open to discussing further options. It is best to go in with a specific list of questions and concerns. Don't wait until you get there to start thinking about what you want to discuss. Get right to the point. I've never had to wait very long in his office. I highly recommend him.

Was asked several times to be sure to arrive 20 mins before appt time. Took 3 mins to check in. I then sat in the waiting room for an entire hour. Now here I sit in an exam room. For who knows how long. This is an 8:30 am appt. How can it be so far behind already. Frustrated and in pain

Dr. Hulsey spent 45 minutes with me on the first visit, getting my information in depth. He does take treatment one step at a time, checking regularly to see how I tolerate the med and how much good it does. But after years of arthritis treatment, I now know this is the best and safest way to treat my condition. I always receive a prompt reply from his staff when I contact them--usually within an hour. I have no negatives about the entire clinic.

Absolutely the best numerologist in the state. Very patient, knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic and experienced.

Have gone to see him twice now per a referral from my primary care doctor. He’s still not done bloodwork or xrays. Still no idea of what’s wrong yet I continue to have joint pain everywhere. Keep being told if it gets worse then come back. That’s what I was told at my previous visit too. I’m going to ask for a referral to a different rheumatologist. This is ridiculous.

Dr. Hulsey takes the time to listen to all your concerns and gives you options for treatment. You never feel like he is in a hurry to get you out of the room. He promptly reports all your lab reports, even if it’s an evening or weekend. I feel confident that Dr. Hulsey is giving me excellent care for my lupus.
