Facility opens right on time, so do not come early unless you want to wait outside. The nurse was very good at taking the Flu/COVID sample; there was minimal discomfort. The doctor was very helpful in identifying my illness since it was not COVID or the Flu. Very good bedside manners.

Went to mercy urgent care for a simple sports physical. Ended up waiting over an hour and a half for a 5 minute physical. They claimed that I scheduled my appointment wrong when i asked what I did wrong they filled in the iPad the exact same way i did. I ended up missing some very important classes that day. The receptionist was very passive aggressive and rude she seemed burnt out The doctor that did see me was very nice quick and professional. But at that point it was too late. I downloaded yelp to leave this review if that means anything
