I have been a patient with Dr. Michael John for 15 years and highly recommend this practice. After years of struggling with acne as an adolescent and then as an adult, he found a solution that treated it. Since then, he has taken care of 2 of my children that struggle with severe eczema. He is knowledgeable, professional and I value his care and wisdom.

My experience with this company was very poor. After I had completed all the forms they told me I could not see the Doctor if I did not give them my credit card. I tried to explain that my primary insurance and Secondary insurance always pays all costs, but that wasn't good enough. They kept insisting the I give them my credit card and I refused and left.

Dr Andrew I'd great. He walked me through my exam and explained to me what he saw and thoughts on what to do going forward.

The receptionist staff is rude and disrespectful. They do not care about your rights or or your religious beliefs. Do not put yourself through the horrific trauma of having to deal with those people.

After waiting 3 months for an appointment, they cancelled last minute and tried to reschedule for a month+ later. I will be going elsewhere. They have terrible patient service.

This clinic booked me for an appt on a Tues in Dec then insisted it was for a Wed. I'm in medical sales & have been for 30 yrs & am more then certain when my appt was. I confirmed via text my appt when out of state for Christmas, then realized once I got back in state I had confirmed, when it was actually incorrect. Their attitude is that THEY couldn't possibly have been wrong. My schedule is very organized bec I have appts booked with physicians (my profession) daily! Happily will move on to a more professional & organized derm clinic!

Dr. John is knowledgable, efficient, on time. He is very helpful and patient with even the most mundane questions. Excellent care.

He is rude and really doesn’t seem to care. Each time I’ve seen him he has literally been in and out of the room within three minutes. I believe a major reason for his rudeness and non-caring attitude is because he over books patient visits on a daily basis
