Super doctor who has been taking great care of my family and myself for over 16 years
Excellent, Great feedback
My wife has been going to him for over 2 years. She had to push him to follow up on concerning labs. His wife, Sabrina, is great with our kids. We have other doctors telling us she (my wife) should have been referred much sooner. Dissappointed with this Dr. I work in a hospital, and the doctors that have to be pushed to check on things are only waiting to retire or collect a check.
Would not recommend. My elderly uncle is losing weight (has lost 16 lbs in the last 3 months- told to us by Dr. Olay's office!), had a recent ER visit, is depressed, is weak, has low blood pressure, had been > 1 year since full basic labs. He didn't spend hardly any time, didn't want to do anything for depression (med, recommendation for counselor, labs, anything), didn't want to do labs, no cancer screens, no nutritional recommenations, no dietician consult, just told him to take a multivitamin. Absolutely ridiculous. Called and talked to the front staff asking Britney to pass along a message to his nurse to ask him to reconsider doing labs due to his issues. She dismissed me, said he would have done it if necessary, had no empathy for our situation whatsoever. I canceled his follow up and will never go back. Would take my dog here. Won't recommend him to any of my own patients for a PCP either.
My elderly uncle came in to be seen. He has lost 16 lbs in the last 3 mos, just had a recent ER visit, and very weak. He is depressed, and we are concerned he may not be with us a year from now. Our family had a limited window of time to get him in and have labs checked (it has been over a year since any basic labs and due to these recent issues thought that would be especially important), he doesn't drive, and we are unable to take him due to being out of state in the near future. He spent minimal amount of time with him, didn't want to really address anything, didn't want to do labs, and recommended a multivitamin. Pathetic and neglectful in my opinion. I wouldn't bring my dog here.
I've been to so many different doctors and I'm happy that I found Dr. Olay. He listens to your issue and explains what could be causing it and tells you what can be done to help fix it. I'm overjoyed that there is still a doctor out there that cares and listens to you.
Dr Olay is personable, competent, and compassionate. Best MD I have ever had
Can NOT say enough good about Dr. Olay or his staff!
He is a nice guy, but won't spend much time with you. It's very assembly line. Also, he wants to see you for every little thing just to get your money for an office visit. He will write a prescription for 6 months and force you to come back for refills. He won't even call in a presciption for you if you can't make it in. He wants to see you and your wallet in the office!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
