I was there recently there weirh mild lewy body dementia. Tha night time techs were horrible. They lacked compassion and care for the patients. Going as far as locking them in high back wheelchairs against tables aand making fun of their love handles. Yelling at the patients for crying and yelling of their past even when patients are confused. Alexis,Chelsea, and Beth, and Daniel should. be commended. These people chose the profession they love.

Earlier this month my mother had a bad UTI that started causing hallucinations and delusions, so from the ER, she was transferred to this facility. After her admission, I had to pry information out of staff. Aside from it was difficult to time when you could get ahold of nurses or doctors to find out information. I always had to call and bug staff for information, doctors didn't call when they said that they would etc. The only reason I will give 2 stars is for the help of Vicki and Ashten (my mom's case workers) who kept me the most informed and helped get me in contact with the right people to get her placed in a facility that could continue care. I also had find out through a third party that my mother was administered Haldol ,which is a powerful sedative , instead of the doctor just letting me know about it. The whole situation was not handled well at all. Would never recommend this place.

Do not recommend. My dad stayed here twice. The first time he was physically abused by the staff. The police were called and they found bruises all over his body. The second time he went (without my knowledge) he was so overly medicated that he couldn't walk or talk by the time he left. Now he suffers the consequences of the 21 medications that he's prescribed. Do NOT let your loved ones go here!!
