I came to OU because I had went to another hospital first they gave me a breathing treatment and steroids and sent me out the door still wheezing. Later that evening my breathing got worse so we went to OU. They got me straight back they checked my O2 they got a treatment ordered, steroids and fluids going and could hear my wheezing and struggling. The Dr that night was absolutely amazing( wish I could remember his name) the nurse and respiratory therapist was so nice and helpful. I was admitted (mainly to help myself feel a little better since I was struggling) and once I got up to the 4th floor the PA (Megan) was AMAZING the nurse (again I can't remember her name, kim?) Was absolutely amazing. I felt heard and cared for. I really want to call out those that made me feel I mattered that night I was admitted (2/16) and heard me.

Went to ER because my husband of 88 fell. We were treated with great care and respect. Our nurse Brandi went above and beyond in helping us thru a difficult experience. Dr. Little was wonderful. I wish he had a private practice! The doctors and nurses at OU Edmond are the best . They are real hero’s in this world of Covid, Flu, and Viral infections. Bless them all.

Absolutely awful. Took our 3 year old in because he couldn’t breathe. Then were told it might be a while because there were no rooms. Waited thirty minutes and pressed a button to wait for someone to come to the front for a status check. Asked how much longer it would be because he was getting worse and again were told it might be another hour. Told them once again that our 3 year couldn’t breathe. The receptionist/nurse at the front (not the doctor) looked at our child from a distance behind the counter and said “oh I’m sorry buddy” and reminded us we could go somewhere else for potentially quicker service without even acknowledging we said he couldn’t breath 3 times. Needless to say we left.

Very pleasant physicians and staff. Visited the ER on Christmas Day, and every one was very cordial. Love OU Edmond ❤️

Would rate zero Stars if I could. Absolutely worthless hospital. Spent 10 days in septic shock at this hospital and then released with double pneumonia and still septic. Two and a half months later still fighting it. Nurses are rude and condescending. And God help you if you have State insurance. Run away from this hospital go to any other hospital than this one

Did not properly bill my insurance on more than one occasion. Does not know how to bill tricare and the VA and puts you as no insurance then sends you to collections stating you have no insurance.

I would give zero stars if I could. The staff are condescending and just rude. All they care about is milking you dry. It's all about money.

I would not go here. All they like to do is charge your insurance up. My husband went and they said he was dehydrated. Does it take an mri to figure that out? I’m pretty sure it doesn’t. My dr at ou on 13th was notorious for doing this as well. Charging our insurance because you can is ruining health care.

I would strongly encourage others options. Everything about this place is a joke. It all started with how they communicate over the phone, then upon arrival. No part was even close to acceptable.
