Ou Health Physicians- Canyon Park Family Medicine Clinic's Online Review Report Card

I’m usually a calm person but how does a doctors’ office, Canyon Park Family Physicians now part of OU physicians and I was one of the first patients of the Wonderful retired Dr Siler and Dr Siler delivered Taylor - Tell Taylor they will not take her as a patient ( she needs a primary care physician) because of the medications she takes and they do not take patients with chronic illnesses? I’m so disappointed and angry. How does a dr office treat a person with a chronic illness with no compassion and no respect? Tay was in tears feeling unwanted and being blamed for her chronic illness- she does everything correctly. She doesn’t need this kind of negativity and stress. This mama bear is so angry. Been going here since I was a child. My primary physician passed away recently and they are refusing to full my meds and are too busy to see me. All the negative reviews are correct. After Legako's passing, this place will decline extremely fast.

I love Caitlin Aday! She is such an incredible listener and has such a heart for her patients. I am embarking on a total wellness journey after a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis and she really has created a plan for me that will bring me back normal function after a tough road. My only negative complaint is the nursing staff and response time when I make calls into the office. Feels like a never ending game of trying to get ahold of her nurses.

Shocked by the emotionless rude office/phone staff & unprofessional complaining nurses. I've been a client/patient for 42 years but was literally told we cannot see you -go somewhere else -we are too busy -come pick up your records -circumventing any effort to remain a client/patient. I feel stranded & abandoned. Clinic has gone way down the hill - did not have proper business planning. OU Health - just doesn't have it together. Please change your name from Canyon Park - it does not reflect the doctor's who built the business you are ruining.

I had been a patient of Dr. Legako for the past 15 years. While I was in ICU with Covid he called me daily at 7:30 each morning. I was saddened by his passing. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ganga. I was pleased with the time she spent with me reviewing my medical history and charting a path for my continued health. I am comfortable with her being my new pcp. I had no problem understanding her. She speaks better English than I do.

I think the world of Amelia and Gayla. They're both awesome.

I have been going to this family practice for approximatey 15 years now. I was referred to this facility by my best friend and liked it so much that I started telling other family members about how professional & nice the Physicians & Staff were. My oldest daughter and son have also received quality care here over the past 12 years as needed. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else even though I have moved over 30+ miles away. I feel as if I have been blessed by being given the opportunity to attain the services of one of the best Medical Doctor in Oklahoma, Dr. Floyd Keith Underhill, and would like to thank him for the empathetic, courteous and compassionate care that he has provided myself & family members over these many years. Much thanks doc. You are awesome!
