It's Seldom you run across a Dr who could care less about their patients. Here it's just and oh well I'm the Dr attitude. I understand they don't want to just issue narcotics but you should care about your patients. Just because your the Dr doesn't mean you cant care. If you don't know just admit you don't know and refer to someone who can. Here to avoid admitting you aren't sure what to do the Dr just keeps telling the patient to go to Emergency Room. Same response going on 8 months. This is NOT how to practice medicine!!

Dr. Ross is very knowledgeable and explained my situation and options in great detail. This is what I wish I can have in every doctor. I trust him and know he cares about my well being. This doctor is insanely smart and knows his stuff.

In pain & still waiting on results! It was my first time dealing with it urologist I didn't know I was supposed to come in with a full bladder. The nurse acted like she was super annoyed with me because I ask her for a drink of water. I was in pain so much that I decided to go with a lab they requested for a CAT scan that was out of network. $500 out of pocket for a CAT scan and still don't have my results. I'm still in pain! And can't get a return phone call!!I could have waited to go in network if this was the case!!!

They rarely answer the phones and almost never call back when you leave a message. Have been waiting weeks to hear back about another medication I can take since mine is not covered by my insurance and when I finally spoke to someone today they acted like I haven’t been calling about this and they were just now working on finding the answer. They don’t seem to care about their patients.

Amazing, love them. Everyone in the office is fantastic, and I especially love Dr. Potthoff. Helped me so much. Nicest people in the world.
