I called to have my Dr to have a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Whoever answered had a horrible attitude saying my Dr no longer worked there.. Then said another Dr passed away recently and said the other Dr couldn't send it cause I haven't saw them yet and that their only avail in May.. I asked to speak to the nurse at 9am it's now 4:23 pm have yet to get a call. My kid's was diagnosed with HMPV so more than likely I have it now. SO I WILL DEF be looking for a new Dr. Very Unprofessional that I wasn't informed about my Dr no longer working there.
My pharmacy sent a request twice to renew a prescription. Three weeks now and still no refill. This makes three times this has happened. Not going to be around for a fourth time. This never happened with Dr. Mitchell.
Call Friday to have my husband'sPain medicine refilled.Knowing that it was the weekend coming up,I wasDiligent to call in the morning to give them plenty of time to get the medicine refilled. I realize that there has been turnover, retirement and other unforeseen events take place, but when you or your clinic has made a faux pa ,you need to correct it. We did our part calling in plenty of time. Received a call from the doctor's assistantAnd sheLeft a message cuz I was outside working, and I called her right back..TheYoung lady that answered the phone said the assistant was busy and she would take a messageI informed her thatThe assistant was calling to speak with meAnd she said she would make sure she got the message which is my husband takes his medicine three times a day. I told the young lady that the prescription already States this and she confirmed that when she looked on the computer.Since dr. Mitchell has retired, we have had issues with pain medicine x2 in 4 months .But this over a holiday weekend is not rightThis prescription should have been called inAnd since it was the fault of the office that it did not get completed It would seem to me that an on-call doctor would have the authority to call them in.We follow theWe follow the protocol,He should not have to endure the pain. Some of you might say well just take him to the ER, He has h ad a heart attack, a strokeAnd he's on dialysis three times a week and has many doctors appointmentsWe are asking for some personal considerationDon't expect us to go somewhere else when this was caused by someone dropping the ball. Then,Whomever the on-call doctor wasSaYou'll have to wat until Tuesday through the on-call serviceI . You drop the ballAnd your patient has to pay for itAnd the caregiver pays for it too.
Convenient place for medical care - never a complaint. I have knocked off one star due to them not forwarding my medical records even when I specifically stopped by to sign a release. (My regular doctor – who I was very happy with – moved away from OU Health to a different medical group and I definitely wanted to stay with him.)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
