One of the best facilities I've been to. Everyone, including the doctor (Dr. Schwarz,) was personable and down to earth. I felt very cared for and was given multiple solutions for my condition. They also offer communication via text and phone, which abide by HIPAA standards, so really great if there are any follow up questions.

I have only had one appointment so far, but it went great. It wasn’t like any of my other doctor experiences. I only waited in the waiting room a couple of minutes (if that), and my provider actually listened to me. I honestly felt like he and the whole staff cared. I would encourage anyone to try Primary Health Partners out.Update:I have been going there for about 8 months now, and I have some complaints. I have had some issues with my provider and some miscommunications about appointments/test results. I have gone there multiple times and left the building thinking that the trip was a waste of time. I think I will try switching my provider and see if it gets better. The front desk ladies are awesome though, and the organization is great about getting me and my family in to see them quickly. So there are definitely positives about PHP. It is just not as great as it seemed at first.

My doctor of 15 years was let go for personal choices. I was distraught and worried I wouldn't find another doctor that was willing to get to know me. I have found that at Primary Health Partners.

Dr. Schwarz was awesome. She took the time to review my history, talk to me about EVERYTHING, and there was absolutely no rush with the visit. I felt very good about the relationship and the care I received. She came highly recommended and now I see why.

Michelle Merrell is an absolute gem. Our whole family relies on her knowledge, skills, and personalized approach to our different health needs. Plus, she’s easy to talk to and fantastic with kids. We are grateful we found her!!
