I have never been more impressed with a group overall. This team was amazing and changed my life. They are very kind, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for an outstanding group.

Absolutely loved my visit with the PA Laney Combs. She was very kind, truly interested in taking care of me as an individual patient. I love the patient-led care she provided me. Definitely will be using this practice for my entire family and our general health needs. Would give 6 stars if I could!

He is horrible. I saw him one time for the months I was his patient. He claimed he was going to help me with my health issues. I never could get into see him again except that one time. He was always out of the office or unavailable for me. Even when I had covid my mother and I called for help and we’re told he was not able to help us. I would not recommend him or his practice. His nurse would see me and not even give me a ten minute appointment and rush me out of the office. The nurses were more worried about socializing then helping the patients.

First time I called their answering service put me on hold for 5 minutes. When they finally came back I asked if they could help me book an appointment. They said no. I needed to call back when they are back from lunch. I called back about 30 min later when they were supposed to be back. This time I got their answering machine asking me to leave a message. I left a message and never got a call back. Interesting way to run a business.

I’ve called on doctors for 30 plus years. I know who is a good doctor and who is not. I took a chance through another orthopedic recommendations on this guy. Very impressed! He knows his stuff. I believe he is the best family practice doctor I’ve ever been around. Saved my secretary’s life. Very rare to see a doctor of this caliber. He will always be my family practice guy.

Dr. Shadid is carried in high regards for our entire family. Himself & his excellent team go above & beyond in their work. Shadid’s ability to openly listen, to communicate efficiently & honestly diagnose sets him apart from others. Family doctor is what he is & we truly consider him family. The way he & his team handles his practice are truly a blessing. Dr. Shadid is what medicine should be & we are grateful to call him our doctor.
