Son is 15 yrs old, & Dr. Sabrina Olay has been his doctor since he was 1 day old. I have 2 older kids who I took to 3 prev. Pediatricians and let me say I WISH I had found her before my third child! She"s nothing short of fantastic. Never rushes thru appt., cuts him (or me) short during a convo, and truly attends/listens to HIM. I like the way the relationship is more btwn the 2 of them, not w/me as if he isn't even in the room. He really trusts her, and so do I! And Nurse Donna is great too!

Dr. Olay is kind and sweet with my kids. However, she has not been attentive with my kids or their needs. There have been several times that she missed certain conditions and as a result my child went untreated until I sought out alternative opinions.

I adore this physician. She is always very kind and very good with my baby. She is knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate her advice being a first time mom, and my baby seems to really like her also.

The staff has been very hard to deal with. My insurance was incorrectly filed every single visit, and would take me hours on the phone back and forth after every single visit to get them to file it correctly. One was even sent to collections when my insurance covered everything 100%. Twice my son was sick and the soonest they could see him was a week later. I am a doctor myself and would hate for my staff to ever treat any of my patients the way we were treated. I had a very bad experience here.
