Shea Charbeneau's Online Review Report Card

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Charbeneau! My 12 year old daughter had been dealing with ingrown toenails for months and needed to be seen quickly once they got infected. We were able to be seen within a week of calling and were able to schedule the procedure for the day after our appointment (it was our choice to come back, she was available to do it at our first appointment). Her nurses were wonderful, kind and thorough. Dr. Charbeneau (and her nurses!) did a great job explaining everything to us and made sure we were comfortable with the procedure. She had a calm, laid back energy and was awesome with my nervous kiddo.

My 2 year old daughter had an accident that sent a large splitter and debri deep underneath her toenail very near to her cuticle. We had been referred to doctor Charbeneau by an urgent care. My poor kid got an appointment the next day which was actually her birthday. When we entered the room the sweetest nurse had made her balloons with happy faces out of rubber gloves. We fully expected this appointment to be traumatic for her with getting shots and pulling her toenail off. We were very pleasantly surprised when the doctor was able to get all of the debri out SO quickly without my daughter hardly noticing! The nurse and doctor were amazing with her. We couldn't be more grateful! Afterward my daughter thought they were besties. Dr. Charbeneau and her staff are miracle workers as far as I'm concerned.

Dr. Shea has been absolutely amazing! I live in Wichita Falls, tx. She was recommended by another Dr. 150 Miles away. Given my severe condition of my foot I wanted the best. Being a disabled retired wartime veteran I can use any Dr anywhere. I chose Dr. Shea! I believe she saved my lower leg and amputated only partial foot! My recovery of the amputation wound has been many weeks being in the 6 th week. I have been very surprised of the healing procedures she has used. After the many many stitches were renoved the following week she introduced to me the next phase she will use animal tissue which is high in something can’t remember! The last stage she used stem cells technology to finalize my healing journey. At my age of 86 I have seen many Dr’s and I Swear this young lady is the very best Dr. I have ever seen. She was with me through the long hospital stay and every week after.
