This is similar to a review I left for sleep solutions as they both have the same issue, not a duplicate review.First, nothing to do with the staff, they are all awesome. This has to do with the sleep facility itself - plain and simple, very hard to sleep with a rattling A/C return right over the bed that rattles all night. I did manage to somehow pass this study but report will detail the results. Lobby is nice and quiet, but rooms are on the 3d floor, also the roof spotlight coming through the window is another issue, blinds did not help, and finally, if they are going to freeze out the room, provide better blankets (69 degrees in the room). Again, staff is great, but facility really needs to be updated for what the purpose is.

I had surgery here yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Every nurse, doctor, tech, etc. that I came into contact with was friendly, polite, professional, and very helpful. The pre op team handled my anxiety over the surgery so very well, answering all of my questions and helping to calm me down. The OR team was amazing and continued the reassurance while explaining everything they were doing as they were doing it until I was fully asleep. In recovery my nurse was incredibly attentive and stayed right by my side helping me get comfortable, brought me a drink and snack, helped me to get dressed and toilet. Just overall so sweet and helpful. I most definitely felt so very well cared for and couldn’t have asked for a better facility for my procedure.

I had weight loss surgery, which makes me feel vulnerable to judgement. The staff here were amazing. Zero judgement. They cared about my well being, explained things as many times as I needed, and responded to ever call I made without agitation. I have never had a hospital stay where I was so well cared for. Thanks so much for being a positive part of my journey toward health

My son has his sleep study here, our tech was super amazing and so great at making my 4 year old comfortable and thoroughly explained every step to him to ease his mind and mine (he was nervous about going all day). The room was very clean and made him feel like he was in his own hotel room. Definitely 5 stars! Max was sad to leave his buddy when it was time to wake up and go home (mind you it was 5am and he is 4) our tech was just that great.

Dr Arora is a caring person, some who love to make sure all his patients are taken care of, very friendly staff, I have been a patient right after 9/11.
