My family went to Dr. Wolf's MWC office a few times but have ended up at our previous Optometrist, even though they no longer accept our insurance and we have to pay out of pocket. It's worth it to go to an office where the staff is patient, courteous, and helpful. The opposite of Dr. Wolf's office, where the staff is hateful, and the doctor is very curt and dismissive.

Verbally abusive to his female employee’s. Refused to document parts of my injury. Literally refused to document it.

ZERO STARS! The office staff let me schedule both of my children's' appointments weeks ago, fill out new patient paperwork, etc. NEVER told me their age would be an issue online, via email, or via phone call. It's the day before the appointment and they just notice. Now I am unable to get the kids in anywhere else and they cannot see. The customer service is gross and embarrassing.

Got my glasses prescription and the glasses they gave me were horrible, couldn’t see super blurry, and oddly curved…never gotten curved glasses before, second time a little bit better, still a bit blurry made me feel like I was watching someone control my body and still with that curve :/ on the bright side they got my contact prescription right (black glasses were the ones they gave me. Gold ones are there for comparison)

I don't like to complain, but I had repeated and consistently poor patient experiences here. I liked Dr. Wolf and trusted his expertise; however, the office staff was not good. Wait times were consistently over 30 minutes. Desk staff not helpful/didn't seem to care about the patients.

I went to this office a couple of months ago and while the visit was overall okay, I definitely have a complaint about Dr. Wolf’s attitude. Beware if you are hard of hearing or have difficulty understanding because you will get snipped at. I can tell that Dr. Wolf is excellent in the ophthalmology field and is still compassionate. Though he couldn’t find any difficulty with my eyesight, he still didn’t dismiss my concerns and just referred me to a pediatric ophthalmologist instead which is amazing. The doctors office is nice, but had to take off two stars because of the attitude. Like I understand that long, hard hours are worked as a doctor and there may have been something going on, but the attitude is highly unappreciated. Still recommend this ophthalmologist office and Dr. Wolf though.
