My daughter was in a very serious condition (severe migraine with substantial loss of vision). This had been going on for a few days when seen by the doctor. We were told to go to an optometrist (yes, an optometrist) and then given a script for some migraine meds. No other advice as to severity, ongoing risks, etc. 2 full days later, with no improvement as to her vision, we can't even get through to the office for follow-up or what the referral process is to a specialist. They then tell me that I can contact an opthalmologist that they refer to. This only after contacting the phone line option for new appointments. After asking why this was so difficult, I hung up and got the other appointment. In the meantime, they finally called back for a "follow-up" call. What a useless and irresponsible operation--no real concern regarding the substantial risk my child may be facing with such a condition and may have cost us valuable time with their cavalier approach. Never going there again.

Great people. Great staff. Expert in children’s medicine. Dr. Fricker had the intuition and expertise to discover a life threatening condition in one of our kids and we were able to act very soon. Very thankful for Dr. Fricker.

We loved Dr. Fricker. He was very professional and great with my children. It's too bad that the Edmond Pediatrics office staff is the worse. If you enjoy getting numerous phone calls a year rescheduling your appointment because the office is short staffed or getting eye rolled when you ask for them to combine your child's sick visit with a well child checkup (that's scheduled 3 days later), or not being able to get in to see the doctor for a couple months- this doctors office is for you.

I think the world of Dr. Fricker but I cannot and will not deal with his nurse Jara. She is un-professional and impatient when dealing with the kids.

The office staff is unprofessional and not friendly. Dr Fricker is very good with children and diagnosing the problem. We reached the point that we are not willing to be treated rudely by his staff, so we switched doctors.

Seems to be a great pediatrician I have only gone twice as my son is 8 weeks old. So far I love him! Very informative and let's me ask as many questions as I want as I am a first time mom!
