Todd Krehbiel's Online Review Report Card

I think Dr Kriehbal was a great doctor however I cannot say that about his staff they sent me up on a payment plan for 25 a month tell me it's okay yet take months for my payments to reflect and sending me final notices in the interim and my payments aren't even reflecting and then the billing company tells me you're okay to continue with 25 a month no worries no we're good and then I set an appointment up and the day before the appointment they tell me they want their payment in full otherwise Dr kriehbal will not see me so because of that I'm finding another doctor and it wasn't the doctor that made me leave it was his staff

I saw Dr. Krehbiel for the first time 2 weeks ago. He is a good doctor, very caring, very nice man. He listens to your concerns & will help you. I am well versed in "Tricare East" insurance, I have been with Tricare for 22 years & with this particular issue, this is the first time I had ever have such an problem with a doctor's office regarding a referral! HOWEVER, I gave 1 star because of his Admin Staff. On my new patient form, about 14 pages, I completed before my appointment, I listed other doctors that I am currently being treated by AND specifically requested 2 referrals to be put in to Tricare. Now I wrote the names, addresses, phone numbers & the doctors specialization of the 2 referrals I needed. SOMEHOW his admin staff was still able to get both referrals request wrong! Now after my 1st appointment 2 weeks ago, I still had to call the office 3 times to request these referrals! It took the office staff 2 weeks to put in the referrals to Tricare & still thoroughly screwed it up. HOW you ask? Well the Neurosurgeon that I have been seeing for 10 years, they put in the wrong address, wrong phone number & wrong hospital that his office is located. The 2nd referral for the pain management doctor that I have been seeing for 10 years, they decided that he is now an Anesthesiologist & not a Pain Management doctor. Of course phone calls to Tricare did not remedy these 2 referrals so have to go back to Dr. Krehbiel as he is my new Primary Care Doctor. HOW & WHY SUCH GROSS INCOMPETENCE BY THE ADMIN STAFF IS INCOMPREHENDABLE TO ME SINCE I PUT IN WRITING ON MY PAPERWORK ALL OF MY 2 DOCTORS THAT I REQUESTED THE REFERRALS FOR. 2 weeks later & still no referrals!

If it's possible I enjoy going to doctor...Donna is a gem and Dr.Krehbiel truly cares for the well being of his patients!

I love Dr. Krehbiel! I have been seeing him since I was very little. He is a great physician. The front desk people can be quite rude though. Not very professional.

Came to Dr. K because former doctor I loved was no longer a provider for my insurance. I like him even better. Medically, completely competent and great at a personal level. Never seen such a responsive staff like his. I have had a couple times I needed a medication changed and they had it to my pharmacist within minutes. My experience is this is a rarity. Highly highly recommend.

My family has gone to Dr Krehbiel for many years. He is the most compassionate Dr. And personable. If he cannot resolve a medical issue, he will refer you to a great specialist.

Dr K changed my life. He really listens and really cares. He ran tests and changed my diet, and I'm finally starting to feel better! Staff is wonderful! Donna's a Saint. 10 years of other docs not helping.
