Andrea addressed the issue and cared for Dr. Pok's patient with all of his concerns. The problem of not getting through is being addressed with Mercy, and they are setting up a call center to help with the overflow of calls. Please be patient with the Doctor and his staff they are genuinely doing their best to get everyone taken care of.

I saw him for a new patient exam and really liked him. Very thorough and nice.

Doctor is great. The website address on Google maps is the wrong location. The correct address is 1927 W I- 35 Frontage Rd, Edmond, OK 73013. Google says that the doctor's office is in the North building. They are not!! They are in the South building. Waited on hold for 45 minutes. No exaggeration. By the time someone answered the phone they said I missed my appointment. That completely messed up my entire day and had to miss work.

Dr. Pok has been my family doctor for approx. 10 years. I trust him, and he is a kind and thorough physician. His office has always been able to schedule an appointment for me when I needed one.

Best physician I've been to. I continue to see Dr. Pok even though I moved several hours away due to his compassion and knowledge. He never acts rushed, takes time to listen and genuinely seems to care about you.

Dr. Pok is a great doctor because he actually takes the time to listen to his patients. At least that has always been the case with me. Although most of my other Drs are at Integris I drive all the way to Edmond to see Dr. Pok for the last five years. He listens, he asks questions--he looks at the chart and tries to connect the dots. This is what you want in a primary care doctor.

I am so disappointed with the treatment from Dr Pok. He is not a physician who cares about his patients, he only cares about himself. Doctor's are supposed to heal, not get personal and refuse care.
