I am hopeful to consult with Dr. Frey regarding my Bulging Disk. He reconstructed my brother wrist regarding, fractures in many places. I'm confident, he can do what is necessary for me, as he and his staff has performed on many others.

he did not even look at my leg ... just walked in cited its my arthritis and gave reference and info on bariatric surgery to be able to have knee replacements ... then gave me a cortisone shot ... then pain was knee down and when move foot there is pain ... my only issue is not only arthritis... er dr said it was a pulled ligament... he basically done same with daughter .. meaning he walked in and gave a referral to okc/edmond dr ...

My mom went to Dr.Frey for a fracture of the neck of her femur. She asked him multiple questions to which he didn’t give her answers for. Her foot will often turn purple and become cold, he didn’t seem concerned about this. He told her “if you have problems don’t call me, go to the ER”. I’m extremely upset with the quality of care she received and his bed side manner.

Dr Frey, expressed extreme neglect of his patient, my husband. We came to his facility after a diagnosis of separated shoulder. Dr. Frey refused to review the files from the ER and told us that my husband was not injured and was just sore. He did not physically touch him to verify his determination either. When we asked for a timeline of returning to work and starting exercises, Dr. Frey told us “that’s not my job, I’m not a PCP”. We also asked the Dr to examine his ribs. He said “I’m a shoulder guy”. We left the facility with no more knowledge than we arrived in. The 2nd opinion confirmed the separation and fractured ribs.
