He is absolutely an awful advocate for his patients. He is on staff at The Commons and basically is not only unavailable and unaware of anything his patients are dealing with. When contacted by nurses he asks what they think and goes with that. Wouldn’t send my dog to him.

I had appointment scheduled for February 17 and it snowed and iced so had to reschedule for march 18th and I thought it was still 2:30 and it was 1:30 so they wouldn’t see me even though I was there at 2:15 and drive an hour and half away so now scheduled April 18th staff was kinda rude that I wasn’t there on time

I went to see Dr Washburn for the first time and really liked him. He took his time to listen to me and visited as well. Was very personable and I will go back if I need too. Would highly recommend him!
