Had my first appointment at St. Mary’s Wound care and wow, all around great experience. Dr. Cooper was very thorough with how I’d take care of it, explained things well, and was so nice. Definitely feel like I’m in good hands to get this third degree burn healed!!

5 stars is all I'm allowed? We have been seening Cooper for years as our family Dr. She is absolutely wonderful. She is thorough and knowledgeable but also personable. Unfortunately her office hours don't include Mondays, but her and her staff work well to get you in if you need to be seen, especially kids. Of course she can't always work us in day of, but she can more times than not.

Absolutely negligent patient care! Dr. Cooper doesn't return calls, leaves pt in kidney failure, pt admitted to ER and pt w/ zero contact from Dr. Cooper. Dr. Cooper aware of labs w/ elevated creatine/kidney markers for over 9 months w/ no notification to patient. Dr. Cooper never returned calls regarding concern w/ patient from pt's daughter on HIPPA documents. Pt's daughter called Dr another time w/ zero notification from Dr. office. Patient will be in severe kidney disease for entire lifespan. Still have not received any correspondence from Dr. Emily Cooper's office to date!

Ignored elevated kidney markers for over 9 month in patient, patient currently hospitalized in renal failure. Patient’s life in jeopardy, if patient survives will have severe chronic kidney disease for life. Ignored patient family phone calls for help.
