This guy knows his stuff. Very friendly and helpful. I come to him everytime i have kidney issues. He cares. Your problem is his problem. He wants to fix it as painless and effective as possible.

More concerned about money than helping patients. Allows office staff to bully patients (and potential patients), billing department is rude, condescending. Doctor has no "bedside manner", and has NO empathy or concern for patient in pain.

Had sudden onset of UTI's and blood in urine. We could clear up the UTI, but blood still remained in urine. Was referred to Dr. Worthen. After waiting in a crowded waiting room for about 30 minutes I was taken back to a room. They did a urine sample and checked if my bladder was empty. He walked in and said my urine was clean and there was no blood. He said I was fine other than I needed to lose weight. A week later I was back in my Dr's office with another UTI and blood in urine again. I feel like he herded me through and did not take the time to find out if there were issues. Waiting to get into a different Urologist now.

This has been a nightmare!! Was initially so impressed w the Dr, but his staff can't even fugure out how to push phone buttons or send a fax. We have been waiting, so far, 5&1/2 MONTHS for them to get my husband a referral!! He called them 12 days ago to see if any progress but they have yet to return HIS call! I am furious w them! Unbelievable!

Dr Worthen is an excellent doctor. He has cared for my husband since 2005, when he had kidney cancer. He has always been very professional and caring. And my husband is still cancer free. Great care.
