List of Timothy Jones's Reviews
He's professional, listen to my complaints and address them.
Daughter in law took the middle grandson to see him, and the man was very rude and acted like my daughter in law didn't know anything about what was going on with her own son, she explained what my grandsons regular doctor had said about his eardrum possibly being inverted and this man just told her that he was gonna send her foe a hearing test for my grandson. When told that he has had numerous ear infections, he told her that she wasn't waiting long enough to take my grandson back to the doctor, the regular doctor has given her return dates and she has done all that the regular doctor has said to do. Dr. Jones didn't even know why my grandson was there acted like he hadn't even looked at his chart, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to any person.
First of all, this is no reflection of his staff. The ladies in the office were kind, caring, ane friendly. HE, on the other hand has probably the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my entire life. I went in to have polyps removed. After a struggle of being intubated, I had to receive an emergency tracheostomy. Dr. Jones took no time to explain the issue at hand, nor did he allow my family to advocate for me. After 10 days in ICU he gave me a second surgery, and removed 1 polyp. He sent me home with a temporary trach, (not a long term one), told me I would probably have my trach for the rest of my life. When questioned on many separate issues. He had no answers. Went to another ENT, who scheduled me immediately for a full removal of all polyps. Once the polyps were removed, he brought me in office the next day and took the trach out. He told me it was heinous to even assume I’d need trach long term. So in short. This guy sucks. Do with that information what you will
Dr. Jones is great! I saw him for a sinus infection. Antibiotics did not help and I ended up needing surgery. He was very kind throughout the process and explained everything for the surgery. His staff has been wonderful, always takes care of my needs in a timely manner. I can breath properly again and I have Dr. Jones to thank for that.
Worst ENT ever!! Dr. Jones wasn't able to answer my simplest questions, and he provided incorrect info for the questions that he did answer. Also, I asked him if he's had any interaction with covid. His answer: "you're young, don't worry about it". Avoid this doctor if you can!!
This man is not only an excellent physician, he’s an exceptional person!
I saw Dr Jones when he was in St Louis. He did a facelift..neck lift. My eyes. He did a fantastic job. A year later he did the CO2 laser on my lower face & around my lips. He made me look beautiful for many years. I need some things done now & would like to drive to Oklahoma to see him. 1998 & 1999 is when I had my surgeries. Time to freshen up my face again. Not with fillers either.
He did a biopsy on me which went well. He was very pleasant as was his staff
I had seen Dr. Jones in the past and am so glad to see he has joined the Crossway Medical Clinic!
THIS MAN SAVED MY LIFE.. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AS WELL AS VERY FRANK. HE WAS CARING AND CONCERNED WITH MY CONDITION. HE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM TREATING ME AND DOING MY SX

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
