Not happy how my Grandma was treated She had dialated eyes during a 2 and a half hour eye exam and was led to leave without any eye protection as in a pair of darken shade to go outside into Afternoon Sun Shine.

The doctors are good. The down side is they are always running behind, they are always 30 to 45 minutes behind and it does no good to complain about it since they ignore you.

As an old PhD who taught in 4 medical schools, I am impressed by the professionalism, caring and performance of the Triad team! Had cataract surgury there then had complications they examined my eye 4 or 5 times and never saw I had guild under my retina and then acted like it was my fault they thought I had dry eye but could not find retina problem I suffered 3 weeks before I FINNALY WENT to eye doctors in joblin mo.
