Fast and convenient
I was pleased to be seen the day I decided I needed help! Everyone was a joy to talk to, and everybody was professional in the role they each played in addressing my health concerns! The diagnosis came quickly, along with the plan to remedy my ailment. I am glad I chose to go to the iCare Urgent Care Clinic in Harrah, OK!
This small country-outpost clinic in the one-stoplight town could barely accommodate the handful of patients who sought their services. We spent about four hours waiting. I couldn’t possibly imagine what could be keeping the nurses so busy in this empty clinic except for sitting in a back office some where passing time on their phones. Also, you should come here if you like sarcasm. The nurse was very non-professional in her communications. This is the second time we had to come here this year. The first was an even worse nightmare. This clinic needs to replaced with another of more professionalism and people who care about their jobs.
Great friendly staff would recommend to anyone in the area.
Kendra is the best there is that girl knows what she is doing !
Paid $95 for absolutely nothing. Waited for over an hour and the doctor didn't even listen to a word we said! She literally told us to continue taking over the counter medication that we told her hasn't been working. Absolutely frustrating experience!
This place has no idea how to schedule patients. They ignore the first come first serve rule. If you come here make an online appointment or prepare to wait over two hours.
I tried to take my son to Harrah iCare yesterday at about 625pm. The lady at the front desk told me they were not taking any more walk-ins for the day because they were behind. I saw two couples waiting in the lobby. She offered to book an appointment for the next morning. Now normally, if it was nothing urgent, I would have scheduled with my primary during the week. Unfortunately, this was very urgent to me. I told her my son had a very high fever. In fact, it was 103.9 (which I had given him medication for at home) and he was having trouble walking. That part scared me the most as I thought initially he just had a stomach bug. She said she would suggest I take him to the Emergency Room. If it's an hour and a half until close, why would you turn away a child with a very high fever? I understand wanting to close in a timely manner, but I would never turn away a sick child.. maybe that's just me. Sad thing is, I have been to this location many, many times and never had a bad experience until this. Actually, last time I brought my other child there with a high fever, they didn't want her to leave until it broke. I loved that they cared. But now, my trust is gone. We left and I called the urgent care in Choctaw. They were more than willing to see him an hour and half before closing and they also had patients waiting. Turns out, Harrah clinic turned away a child with pneumonia. I will be going to Choctaw or MWC moving forward.
Thank you for explaining everything to me and the kindness and support you gave.
Fast service, great staff who care and are ready to help!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
