List of St. Luke Hospital's Reviews
Just got off the phone with Sandy, who is the Office Manager for Dr. Brian Douglas, and was highly disappointed that she was so rude, unprofessional, disrespectful to a Senior Citizen, of which I am. My son was referred to his office, by his St. Luke, the Woodlands, Tx. Physician, to see the Gastroenterology, in the Baylor St. Luke Family of Medical Doctors. Well, make no mistake, we did not feel welcome, even after my son nicely tried to ask Sandy why she needed so many non-medical questions, answered, before even asking the name or sitting an appointment. Sandy hangs up in his face, for asking why she needed so many non medical questions answered prior to asking his name or scheduling an appointment.I called back to speak to Sandy, myself, as the mother to the patient to try to get the appointment scheduled. Sandy rudely, cut me off, complained that their office would not be a good fit for my son and family, and that she was not going nowhere, because she has been there for a while, so it would be best for us, to take our business, elsewhere. If you like crude, rude, offensive, unsophisticated, demeaning ways treatment, then by all means, go to this office. I cannot give a good review of the Doctor, because his insubordinate, unprofessional, front office help, barred us from the service. I feel discriminated against because I am Elderly, and Sandy, rudely tossed the telephone down in my face. I did nothing to deserve the bad treatment, in Covid times. My suggestion is if Baylor St. Luke Medical Center cannot provide better front Office Representation, to their patients, and their help is so secured in their jobs, that they can BOLDLY tell a future patient to go elsewhere, then they do not need your business. Why is Dr. Brian Douglas still in business, after 47 years, giving jobs to people like Sandy, who is clearly damaging his good name? When you see this office, RUN, RUN, RUN, and save yourself a Telephone Being Tossed in YOUR FACE!!!This is ABUSE to the ELDERLY!!! Shame on you, Baylor St. Luke, and Dr. Douglas for employing such demeaning help, like Office Manager, Sandy!!!!!A One was the Lowest I could give or I would have given a ZERO!!!
I had surgery at St. Lukes tower in the medical center early Aug and pre-paid. I ended up owing practically none of what I paid, and have had no success at getting refunded, even after about 7 or 8 calls.
Never thought that online trading could be so helpful because of so many scammers online until I met Mrs. Trey Loudis who changed my life and that of my family. I invested $1000 and got $11,670 Within a week. she is an expert and also proven to be trustworthy and reliable. Contact her via: WhatsApp:+1 (910) 447-9203 Email: treyloudis@gmail.com
so I had to take my husband there tonight because he hurt his arm at work. He is not able to move his arm at all and they barely talked to him, sent him for x-rays (yes, i know, muscles won’t show up on xray) and gave him two pain pills but the doctor did not did not prescribe him any pain pills till he can get an MRI done because she’s a firm believer in Tylenol or ibuprofen and so now he hast to stay in pain until he can get an MRI done and they can prescribe him pain pills. Not happy with the lack of care my husband got tonight.
My mother showed up to St.Luke’s via ambulance due to a car accident. She complained of constant chest pain and other injuries. Nothing was done upon arrival. In fact, she was placed in a hall way and not seen for an hour and MORE. DO NOT send your family here. This is how people die.
I came in for a heart catheter procedure on October 4th. Everyone was kind, answered my questions and took very good care of me.
Everyone here treated us Ike Family today, I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and attentiveness. Thank Each and Everyone of You for Being Amazing Souls 🙏🏾💕
Horrible experience with St Luke’s Woodlands ! Took my elderly father there due to complications while having COVID and was turned away saying he wasn’t bad. They didn’t check vitals. I returned later that evening and again was turned away. The next day we took him to another hospital where he was admitted immediately and has been for days. I can’t help but imagine what if they had taken my daddy in sooner and we had actually gotten some help sooner!
Rudy, unfriendly, not at all helpful. Left after 2 hours without being seen - don't go when they are busy, you will be left stranded
First thing I had the worst service with my mother tonight at St Luke's Hospital in The Woodlands Texas after her falling on her knee and it's swelling up like a grapefruit in a hr other foot has purple toes but they still sent her home she couldn't get in the car it took four people to help her go to the bathroom but one person to get her out of a car and get her into the house they said because nothing was broken on a 86 year-old woman that she couldn't stay there still bleeding on Her fingertips from where she ripped her fingertips open St Luke's Hospital in The Woodlands lost all of my respect all they want is money from are insurance companies they took an x-ray around 7:30 and since it was so close to shift change they waited till 11:30 to pull her back there and tell her she was free to go meanwhile there still a lady in the front emergency room that is screaming for help and when we went back out at 12:30 she was still asking for help you know we are all getting tired of the hospital treating people like cattle to herd them in and out just to get are money

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
