What I like best about this office is the willingness to listen and respond in a way that meets my health care needs as I view them. Both my husband and I have used this practice for over 2 years and we have been highly satisfied.

Dr Kester and the nurses and staff are great. My mom is deaf and has a lot of health issues. Dr Kester is extremely patient and kind with her. He works to find ways to help her. I like Mercy overall, but Dr. Kester is the best!

I see his assistant, Rice Kester. She is thourough, professional & conscientious. I trust this woman to advise me about our family's health issues.

Would not recommend the Kesters or this clinic. Wait time is over 30-45 minutes, nursing staff is unprofessional and would rather talk and play on cell phones rather then help with the patients. Dr. Kester also rushes you through the visit and doesn't take the time to fully understand the patients needs. Good things could come from this clinic; however, it always feels like the clinic is not organized or running efficiently to take care of the patients at a high level of service quality.

HE IS VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY CARE AND CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH. HE DOES NOT BLOW ME OFF LIKE THE OTHER DOCTORS IN KINGFISHER. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
