Great customer service. Didn't see much of Dr. Kadivar. Saw PA's instead and they were very attentive. I'm changing doctors to be at the same doctor's office as my husband.

Great friendly staff.

I have an extremely aggressive case of Multiple Sclerosis and I am now in a wheelchair with only the controlled use of 1 arm and no legs. i have been a patient for a little over a year and without notice was terminated as a patient for the horrible act of making a complaint to Dr Kadivar directly about the office manager(Elise I think her name is) messing up my refill requests. He had me on 90 day U.A. cycles for a painkiller for 3 30 day refills, that after the first 30 days I would have no refills left, leaving me to argue with the manager that i didnt need to do another U.A. for 60 days. This has occurred, 4 out of 5 U.A. cycles over the last 15 months. The complaint specifically was over being up on multiple times when I asked to speak to the doctor, being told that he doesnt speak to patients on the phone, has no email, and I would be thrown out and cops called if I showed up to wait for him.hand to god I never yelled or swore at this woman to get this level of reaction, only walked her through the errors "someone in the office" is making. I had to schedule a video appointment with him in order to make the complaint and pay for that pleasure on top of it. He told me he really leaned on her to run things and in situations like this best to discharge me from his care. No investigation, no I'll look into it, no condolences. I didn't ask him to fire her or even write her up. I simply wanted him to straighten out the refill issue.

Dr. Kadivar is an excellent, personable physician. He is very thoughtful, thorough, and he is a good listener. I've been seeing him for regular visits as my primary physician for five years, and I highly recommend him. Both offices (Lawton and Elgin) are modern, clean, comfortable, and his staff is amazing! He works with cutting edge technology and offers testing which has helped diagnostically to keep me in excellent whole body wellness at my age of sixty-six. It is easy to see that he loves his work. I enthusiastically endorse him as a knowledgable family practice doctor who really cares about his patients. Five BIG stars!

Highly recommend Dr. Kadivar. He is kind, attentive and thorough. My husband has been ill off and on since May of this year. He went to the ER 3 times with symptoms and no one was able to determine the cause.We were desperate to find out what was wrong. We were seeking a new Dr and in my research I happened upon Dr. Kadivar. I read his bio and was encouraged by his background. I called for an appointment and in a short period of time, Dr. Kadivar was able to provide a diagnosis. My husband is now finally in the hospital receiving the treatment he needs. Thank you Dr. Kadivar - we are grateful and look forward to a long relationship. We will not go anywhere else.

Dr. Kadivar had an amazing staff and the reason we have stayed as long as we have is for his PA's. His previous PA was amazing and his new PA seems good as well. However, we are leaving because Dr. Kadivar doesn't take people seriously. Our intake appointment, the very first appointment, he tried selling us a cleanse and weight loss treatment. He cares about money over patients. I would give him 1 star. Today my husband waited for an hour and when he questioned staff, the nurse called the other office crying. The other office then called my husband to tell him to leave. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Kadivar and staff always take the time to listen to my concerns.I never feel like I'm leaving without all of my issues addressed.

To make a long story short...I have Covid 19 and Dr Kadivar did more than just give me hope, he saved my life. Several days after my symptoms started, respiratory issues, one ER visit, 2 other doctors visits, with no relief, no promising treatment and no hope for my future, I prayed to God for someone to help me....the next day, Dr. Kadivar went above and beyond, on and off the clock to seek out ways to treat me!!! ...and continues to not only monitor my progress, but checks on my mental well being. (Of course there have been other healthcare professionals I owe my life to but that’s for another time and place) I trust Dr. Kadivar with my life. I trust him with my family’s life. His staff has always been amazing also!

My visit here was welcomed as soon as I walked into the front door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kadivar is a wonderful clinician, who took the time to explain things in a very factual manner. He never made me feel like I was in the wrong for my condition. Would very highly recommend to everyone I know!

Dr Kadivar nearly killed my Dad. He did colonoscopy like he was a gastroenterologist & missed my Dad’s colon cancer! He kept giving him blood saying sometimes your body just needs more blood. I ended up getting a 2nd opinion with a real doctor & thank God that doctor knew what he was doing & got my Dad into a surgeon to remove his colon cancer! This doctor would be zero stars & shouldn’t be a doctor!
