I went there to do a physical ,drug test and TB TEST for pre-employment.My employer told me to send her a picture of the TB test results so I ask then for a copy of my TB test to send it to the employer .When I asked them for the copy the lady's at the front desk I dont know if you can call them that but!!!! They got attitude rolled their eyes and told me that I can not get a copy because they have a contract with my employer. I try to explain them that my employer was the one that ask me to send her a copy, I even told them to email her and ask her, then when I ask them why I can't get a copy of my own TB test ? the only thing that come from her mouth was because you did not pay for it ,and one of the "lady's "told me to to step outside of the clinic . I think I should be able to make question and they should be able to answer my questions professionally, but instead they got mad for not reason.I never say anything wrong to them if making question is a issue for them this lady's really have a problem . I just posting this review to suggest the doctor to send this lady's to a training class or get them some kind of help because, rolling their eyes and being rude is not professional at all I hope they're not relate to Dr Brian because I will feel sorry for him. Dr Brian Birdwell is an amazing Dr who listens to what you tell him. He does not treat you as if you do not know your own body. Overall he is a good doctor. Staff is professional and respectful.

My first appointment at Main St. Clinic was so much more than I had anticipated! When I walked in the door Gabrielle greeted me with a big smile and instantly put me at ease. Kelly (nurse) took my vitals and asked all the new patient questions. She is such a kind, warm person! I felt as though I was talking to a friend! Then Katherine (nurse practitioner) entered the room with a big smile! She spent an hour and forty five minutes with me and was incredibly down to earth and thorough! I still can’t believe the amount of care I received at this appointment. I can honestly say I have never experienced a doctor’s visit like this one. Katherine actually listened to me in such a concerned and caring way. When I mentioned I had chest pains a few weeks ago she immediately ordered an EKG. Within minutes Kelly came in and ran the tests which showed no problems with my heart. What a relief! NO charge for the test! Unbelievable!!! I will recommend this clinic and Katherine to everyone! Today was my first appointment- one that I have desperately needed- and I am so relieved! Easily one of the best doctors I have ever met with. He is serious about quality care... It is so awesome to meet a doctor who will discuss your condition with you, not AT you. He is thorough, knowledgeable, affordable, open minded, kind- truly an excellent experience all around. For background; I have a rare (and kind of bizarre) disease that requires constant maintenance- it impacts my entire life. I am constantly (with a few exceptions) brushed off and disappointed by doctors who don't care to research or take on a challenge. Dr. Birdwell wasn't put off in the least. He approached the situation both empathetically and logically and crafted a well rounded plan that was tailored to my specific needs. Really can't speak highly enough of him and his staff! Well, he save my life in May of 2011. I had a pulmonary embolism and he stayed with me the entire afternoon and if it wasn't for the extra mile he went for me, I would dead. He's a very good doctor with quite the "pedigree" and an awesome human being. I have 100% confidence in him.

Dr. Birdwell is a 1st class Doctor, he takes time to listen and is always available. I have been a patient for 2 years now.

I wouldn't use him if he were last Doctor in Lawton. It's personal!
