Primary care dr referred me to them. They texted me 9-11 for appt on 9-12. Did Labs in office. Had follow up for 9-26 and they cancelled same day due to “no referral”. Supervisor doesn’t care that my BCBS doesn’t require any referral, and I wasn’t asked to self pay or bring referral- just stone cold canceled. They see my labs call for drastic med changes, yet it could be 4-6 weeks before I get my follow-up. Called BCBS to confirm no referral needed, they even called the supervisor to confirm and she said it’s office policy, so BCBS reported them. BCBS also confirmed they paid the claim for 9-12 on 9-13, so their concerns about not getting paid are warrantless. I have come a long way with my diabetic journey, under the care of Dr Castro. And the staff of Lawton community health center.

Came here to pick up my prescriptions. Very clean and friendly, very professional associates work here . Hard to find a parking space.

This is our only option for endocrinologist in Lawton. I've been here many times, and each time the Dr. Doesn't remember anything we've talked about. Every appointment (minus the first visit) he has walked in with the wrong chart. I know he sees a lot of patients but double check who you're seeing before going in. He doesn't have email, trying to talk to his nurses is almost impossible, it is phone tag every time. The place always messes up my refills, once again look at my chart. Horrible. Today I Waited an hour for my appointment. My appointment was at 11am. I was seen at 12:05. Ok it's a Saturday I get it, it's more busy then usual. The hygienist comes in my room at 12:05 and starts cleaning my teeth. Suddenly she is done at 12:16. How is that possible? It took her at least 5-7 minutes to set up her work station? Honestly, I'm furious. Just paid $119 for someone to rinse out my mouth with some water. What happened to the days where you went to the dentist and you got a good cleaning? Positive things: everyone's really nice as you wait for hours, and clean your teeth in 4-8 minutes. Great location. But if you actually want a cleaning don't go there.

Those days of dreading visiting your dentist are over visit Dr. Oscar Castro at Elite Dental Group for the best dentist experience, great staff and never a long wait.I have never looked forward to a visit to the dentist and Dr. Castro and his amazing staff have changed my mind. Called early in the morning and was seen in the afternoon. They always find a way to accommodate if you have an emergency. Clean, profesional and offering the latest technology. A+++

My mom and I have been coming here for 4 years I believe and it's awesome. The staff is super nice and helpful. The waiting area is nice and elegant. I have had but nothing of great services every time I come for a cleaning. I took out my wisdom teeth there and Dr Castro made the experience better than I thought it would be.

Wow! You know how going to the dentist sucks. Not here, the attention and service that is provided is second to none. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the dentist took the time to explain everything I needed and how we would proceed. Their surgeon is pro. Had some serious work done and he was in and out in no time without any need to wrestle with my mouth, he knew what he was doing and also friendly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great work with a great team. You're still going to the dentists office but at least this place makes it easy.
