Looking for a new provider and a malpractice lawyer. Worst customer service ever from the front office. Give ultimatums but don’t offer the chance to ask questions or speak with a nurse; just short and rude. Avoiding serious issues because of how the staff makes me feel.

The staff and nurses are friendly and provide top notch customer service and care. Dr. Dutoit is an honest doctor who makes me feel as if I am an active part of my treatment. He allows space for questions and concerns and doesn’t make me feel like I am being dismissed. Jenna is the best nurse and I just love how everyone treats me when I come in. Thanks for being such a great office. I would recommend Dr. Dutoit over and over again.

I have been waiting on them to send a pre-authorization for a prescription for 7 weeks. I have called the office over 15 times and every time, get nowhere.

Dr. DuToit is a fine health care manager. Excellent at coordinating with other doctor specialists. Keeps current and has a fine Nurse Practitioner and staff.
